cable tv service
+ -1 moreThe owner came to our home to discuss cable options with us; he spent a lot of time explaining various options/costs regarding multiple providers, add-ons, etc.; we chose DirecTV (which we've been very pleased with); he returned to install all the equipment himself AND spent the time to preset all TVs in our home with parental controls and to see that certain channels were totally blocked; he invested a lot of time and did a wonderful job! He's also made himself available several times when we had questions about the use of our remotes/boxes, etc. -- really good at customer service!
