Had a difficult situation but the tech figured it out

I hired them after getting a quote from Phil Bonifacio He was very knowing on all items. after the interview he ask if there was anything else an I said I needed yard fertilization , aerating , and over seeded. He said that would be $185.00. There were two crews to do the work on two different days. After the second days crew was finished Phil called and ask if I would pay them. I said ok and mentioned the quoted price, He said I needed to add the $185.00 for the extra. I wrote a check for the quote and the extra $185.00. But I never received the service. I tried to contact them thur Email and finally called Phil but got his answering service. Never heard from him a gain. I am 80 years old and have done this my self in the past. So I know how the yard looks after aeration , seeding and fertilization. And I was here the whole time and never saw them do it. The aeration, fertilization and seeding was not on the original quote. I suspect the job description was made up from the quote and so the $185.00 was left off. The last time I called ACADIA and left a message I told them I was not looking for a refund of the $185.00 I just wanted the work to be completed. Still never heard for them. Update: As of this date, the issue that we had with them has been rectified.

This project was started and completed this past fall. Jacob came out, listened to our issues/concerns and designed a remake of our front and back yard with landscape and hardscape. He took into consideration all our concerns and that we had a vegetable garden. The landscapers and patio paver crew worked long and hard. We were impressed. Everyone we met was efficient and friendly and wanted to ensure we were happy. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. The job brought to light a drainage issue and we had them install a french drain. As with all things, now that we are trying to enter spring, we have noticed a couple of items but Jacob has been responsive and we are certain that Acadia will be fair and everything will look great. We are very satisfied and we have another project in the works with them.

They provided a excellent design plan. Workers were helpful and courteous

We worked with Jacob, their landscape designer. He gave a very nice drawing that showed the proposed layout, and their workers made our yard look like the drawing. All of their workers appeared to be very good at what they do and were all very customer service-oriented. It would have been nice, however, if they spoke better English. All in all, we would definitely check with Acadia again to bid on any future projects.

Very professional workers, put in extra time to make sure job completed on time!

Jimmy and his crew worked hard to get the yards cleaned up. Scheduling is an issue as they have lots of projects going on simultaneously, but they generally came when they promised. Was satisfied with the amount of work they did, but would have liked to see that more had gotten done, but that would have taken longer/more money to accomplish. Would hire them again, although not cheap.

The whole experience was great! Mike Martin did a fantastic job planning everything and the crew he had was unbelievably good!! I would definitely use them again!

Phil was very responsive throughout the job, and met us several times through the process to go over the progress being made. The crew who spent the most time at our house was efficient and easy to work with. We're very pleased with the final result, and would work with them again.

Hard workers who were in constant motion. They also installed a French drain along one corner of the house. They did a fabulous job cleaning up debris and re-landscaping after the project was finished. Their rate was very reasonable. We did have to wait awhile before the job was started and initiate communications about their schedule; but if you're good, you're going to be in demand. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work for a good price.

One thing I think Phil should be complimented on is that we had a very difficult situation, and all of the work had to be hand done. Phil did a very good job despite the challenges, and they actually finished earlier that they had said they would.

They were quick, they were courteous and they were good. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

People are always ringing our doorbell or rolling down their car widows to ask who did the work and how they did it, because the finished product looks so good.
