They were very good about coming out quickly; however, it took 2 hours to get the car started.

They are very quick to respond. If I have to make a claim, they are quick to send me a check. They are absolutely the best. I have not had any issues with them. When we had the last hail storm, I was the first person to receive a check in my neighborhood. All my neighbors were busy fighting with their insurance companies. They always call me back within an hour. You get a dedicated person to work your claim. When my husband was in an accident, they had it all taken care of in an hour. It was amazing how quickly they are to respond. I grade them A pluses on everything.
Description of Work: They are my automobile and home insurance provider. My home owner's policy includes rebuilding my house at market value.

We have always relied on AAA for our auto related problems. They have always come through for us. Their response time was very good. I was very pleased that they didn't break my window in the process.
Description of Work: They came to my home within an hour to unlock my car by going through a window. I pay them seventy dollars a month to utilize their services.
