+ -1 moreIt was a terrible experience. It took them 5 months to roof our house and it was not that complicated. We were delayed for months at a time; at one point the contractor did not show up for three weeks and did not answer our calls or texts. They left actual bundles of roofing material sitting on our roof for three weeks. They have since come back and finished up but the work is pretty much below standard. The owner of the company said he is not going to do anything about it because he was losing money on the job because they had been delayed so long. He blamed it on the general manager and the general manager blamed it on him. Ultimately we were the losers and I plan on filing something with the better business bureau. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used A1 Contractors to put on a new roof as a result of hailstorm damage.
