Ray is absolutely wonderful. He responded to my first call on a Saturday when my septic system backed up into the house. He came out within an hour and he was attending his child's ball game at the time. He got my issue resolved temporarily until he could pump the tank on Monday. He came to my house first thing Monday and made a recommendation about my drainage field not working properly. (work he does not do). He also recommended I have covers installed where I can more easily view inside the tank without having to dig to get to it each time. He came back a couple of weeks later and installed the covers. The following week the tank backed up again and I called and spoke to Ray several times about solutions all while he was vacationing with his family during that week. I had the drain field repaired by another company on a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning I realized the line was blocked to the tank from being backed up before the field repair. I called Ray and he came out within hours and got the line cleared. This was a very stressful situation for me and I was so appreciative that Ray always answered and returned my calls at all times, including weekends and while on his family vacation. He was calming and professional and helped me keep it all together during this process. I believe I will have stress free showers, laundry days, and flushing for a while thanks to him. I highly recommend A-Strutton.

We called on Wednesday morning. Mr. Strutton came out within three hours. He was very personable, professional, and efficient. We were very pleased with the service and price which was almost half what we had paid to another service three years ago. Our neighbors have also used his service which we did not know when we called. We will definitely use his services again and recommend him highly.
