A Cut Above Lawn & Landscaping

Jason called me immediately upon purchase, and we worked out a time for him to come. He was courteous and friendly. They blew everything clean before they left. I will call him again when needed.

It worked out well. What stood out is the communication and the punctuality and stuff. He was reasonable in pricing.

Overall work was excellent. They could do a little better on clean up and accidental collateral damage to other structures. But the yard and house are better off due to their hard work!

Jason and his crew did an incredible job. Despite having a full schedule, particularly with the winter damages around, they finished a job up and showed up on a Saturday afternoon to help us out. I went to work in the afternoon and let them at it. What a pleasant surprise when daylight came to see such a wonderful and professional job done. I look forward to having them back!

Jason was very professional. He was unable to make it at the time originally scheduled but called to let me know. Then the weather turned bad but he did not forget us. Once the weather cleared he and his crew raked/blew all the leaves and disposed of them. Good job!

Jason and his crew at A Cut Above were a pleasure to deal with. They have done 2 jobs for us in the last 2 weeks. The first job was general lawn clean up, ie blowing leaves, picking up larger sticks, cutting back some dead limbs and grass. The 2nd job was taking down 2 large trees close to our house. That's right, they "down" trees too! They did an excellent job. In fact, regarding both jobs they not only did what they were paid to do, but more--you don't find that kind of work ethic much anymore. See below all the reasons I think a home owner should hire these folks. 1. They were on time. 2. They came prepared. 3. They were professional, (no bad language heard, respectfull, etc.) 4. They keep to task 5. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO .... PLUS MORE. 6. Cleaned up the mess when finished. 7. Made sure we were happy with the job, BEFORE leaving. 8. Sent a text message a little later to make sure we were still happy, etc. 9. They keep in contact with us before, during and after the job. 10. A Cut Above Lawn and Landscape Were on time, prepared, did a great job. Did more than expected; cut off large tree limb that was hanging out of bottom of tree. Cleaned up afterward. Respectful, professional, prompt. A+ for A Cut Above.

Crew scaled tall oak tree to remove a snagged limb and to cut the dead branch it was hanging on. Crew arrived on time, performed the work perfectly, and cleaned up the work area before departure.

I cannot express how pleased my husband and I are with the work Jason and his crew did for us. Taking down both monstrous trees took about three days total. Everyone worked safely and efficiently from sun-up until sun-down. They were especially careful with the Maple next to the house. We highly recommend A Cut Above!

We are remodeling our home and the yard had construction debris that Jason's crew had to work around. They did a really good considering all the obstacles they had to deal with. I was pleased with the service.

Two gentlemen showed up and worked hard clearing out my overgrown (and still producing) summer garden and raked my front and back yard. My lot is about half an acre so is sizable. Completed the work in 2 hours. Hauled all the debris off on their trailer. Very courteous. Called when they knew they would be later than expected due to previous job running longer than planned. Sent a thank you note for hiring them. Would hire again!

The deal was for 4 hours of lawn care. Jason and a staff person accomplished much of our loaded, prioritized list in about 2 hours and did a great job with the tasks they were faced with. It allows us to spend what little free time we have to deal with the other pressing property issues. We were especially impressed when we viewed the results of the work as all the instructions were given by phone and not in person at the property. Jason obviously has a great work ethic and can complete a job timely and independently of step by step guidance. Excellent company, very professional. We had some trees in our back yard trimmed up. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up all the mess and left our yard looking better than when they arrived. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jason is just an incredible worker & performs the work with the sure hand of someone who has done this many times. He had one helper, & I was surprised at how quickly they worked. They were very thorough and left all these areas looking amazing...it changed the look of my property. And all of this was done with a smile. Jason Storts is a fine young man. When I made the on-line order, he promptly phoned me that evening to establish communication & set a time to come out. He runs a busy company, with many mowing accts, and yet you never get the sense that he has to rush off to solve a problem somewhere else. I already have lined up the company to come back to clean up other areas on my property.

They did a great job, showed up on time and completed all the work to an excellent standard. I have been using Jason on multiple jobs and he always does a great job. The best part is he shows up himself with the crew and helps with the work so it is done correctly. They also do a great job with clean up. I have recommended Jason to many neighbors and they have all been very pleased with his quality of work.

They are very good. They do what I asked them to do and did a good job within budget. I would use them every two weeks.

Like I stated above, he was very professional and I explained that I needed it done before the 12th of this month so he did it as quickly as possible. He came on time and worked until the job was done. He gave me an estimate and the work was finished within the estimate. I had a good experience working with this company.

We have a large tree next to our driveway which had limbs hanging very low and needed pruning. Upon contacting A Cut Above Landscaping, Jason gave us an excellent estimate which we accepted. They showed up promptly at the time of the appointment and completed the work - removing the low hanging branches to provide clearance over the driveway. They cleaned up afterwards and carried all of the limbs away. A Cut Above Landscapes is a highly recommended first try. They're very friendly and their work is excellent.

I have used this company many times over the years and they are very reliable. I have always paid $35 for the service, but I should have negotiated the price down to $30. After we agreed to the service and price, I found a flyer where I could have gotten it from this company for $30. I didn't bring the flyer up before I paid the provider. I just paid the $35 and I will negotiate for a $30 fee next time.
