+ -1 moreVery well. We would definitely use Tony again and have recommended him to friends. Please note: he did not appear in a Google search at the time of our inspection, due to his having moved his business address. He did, however, appear in City Search, which is how we found him.
Description of Work: Tony inspected the 15 year old, approximately 1800 square foot, 2 story home we purchased. He was prompt, professional and gave us a very extensive report full of detail and photos, which we received by email on the same evening of the inspection. He also expedited a nicely bound hard copy to us. He noted both the positive and negative things he discovered in his inspection and rated the negative by severity, using categories such as significant, safety related, and marginal so that we might best prioritize what would need addressing. We would definitely use Tony again for a home inspection, and have recommended him to friends.
