A-1 did a great job. They provided answers to all our questions and were very knowledgeable about the product. Never having a tankless water heater, we are not sure what to expect on future issues that might arise. We were comfortable with all aspects of the installation performed by A-1.

They have done a few jobs for me. On this last one, the original company that I had contracted with never returned. When I called A-1, they quickly filled in where the other company had failed. All work has been done quickly and well.

Tech support for Goodman Mfg Co. was subpar. A-1 Certified tech first told my circuit board was blown. Replacing circuit board didn't restore function so then Goodman tech concluded compressor was broken. I then decided to replace the unit with a Daikin. The replacement went fine. A-1 Certified was fair about diagnostic charges & didn't charge me for a new circuit board.

Great! A1 arrived early diagnosed and repaired the unit, cleaned it out, pointed out some prior repairs and all this was in the rain!

They did a great job. It was a fair price. They actually fixed some things that they didn't charge me for, so that was good. They did a great job.

The first tech they sent out was new and he ran the duct work incorrectly. However, when his manager came to the home and looked at the work he came up with a solution, removed all of the initial ductwork and had it reinstalled correctly. I was very impressed by their response to the initial problem.

Charlie was our main contact. He was very professional and pleasant. His attention to detail and explanations made us comfortable to go with the company for all the work. We had originally had a TVA (e-Score) inspection, and were trying to follow some of thier recommendations. The job was scheduled and lasted for 5 days. The crew of two workers was reliable. I like the fact that they send an email alerting you that they are on their way (most of them have pictures of the workers) We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend A-1 Certified Service.

I called A-1 this morning and explained my problem. Technician Bob was here about an hour later. Very professional, diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs. Very satisfied customer.

Everything went well with them. There were two technicians here doing the work. They ran into a few problems but they were able to rectify the issues that came up. After the installation, they brought another technician over to make sure everything was hooked up correctly with the air flow. The unit has been working spectacularly. I got quotes from three other companies before I decided on these guys. I chose them because of their professionalism.

Charlie and his crew were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and performed all the work they promised and more to bring my attic up TVA energy audit standards. They were on time and on budget. The TVA inspector who came to inspect the job when they finished said it was the best job he had ever seen! I was extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Pursuant to a TVA energy audit, we solicited bids from different firms listed on the TVA provider list. Charlie was the representative from A-1, and he couldn't have been more professional and helpful with any questions. We chose A-! to do the work, and the crew came out a few days later. Leo, David, and Jimmy were the workers who showed up on the day of service, and you couldn't find better ambassadors for the company. They were professional and perfectionists. After spending the day sealing up a poorly constructed attic. We couldn't be more pleased with A-1 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend A-1 to anybody needing this type of service.

Rod very thoroughly reviewed all components, including opening a very inaccessible air handler in the attic. He determined that the supplemental heating was functional but not being engaged by the thermostat. He went the extra mile to get the proper programming researched with the vendor and then corrected the setup.

I have used them several times. They are the only ones I called who show up same day even in the middle of a very hot summer. They are always professional, and fix my unit right the first time.
