Gerad Walker came out to my house to check on my crawl space. He found the dehumidifier that I thought had quit working had been set to high. He adjusted the settings and said the unit was working like a champ. In this day and time it is rare to have someone not give you a long story of what they found and how much it was going to take to correct. Having someone be 100% honest and fix your situation without charging you a dime is very rare. I'm a fan of this company and will use them again, for sure.

I needed to have the crawlspace in my old home encapsulated, 58 Foundations really fit the bill! They were middle of the road in terms of the estimates I got, not the highest and not the cheapest. The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. Zeke, Tanner, and Hunter communicated about the process, when different parts would be done and when we could expect them on day two. Overall we are very happy with the results. The crawlspace is warmer, the air is cleaner, and most importantly it is finally nice and dry!

Service rep David Dugger was very knowledgeable seen problem right away and replaced pressure switch in short time. David was prompt , cleaned area and explained the option for future consideration of a battery backup system and notification of pump not running. My problem was pump was running all the time.

David recently came out for a periodic system inspection and promptly replaced a sump pump exit line valve out in the yard that had been damaged by a lawnmower. we discussed adding a backup to the sump pump, which I decided to do. Matthew was out in just a few days to take care of that installation. Everything went quickly and smoothly. These guys are pros.

David worked with us to determine the services needed and provided an excellent price for completing the work.

I absolutely recommend these guys. Michael, Shana, and Anthony did a great job. They were professional, courteous, and so fast! They sent detailed pictures, videos and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the results. I couldn't be happier.

Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house.

Knowledgeable and very informative sales person. Everything was done as promised.

Concrete work was complete unleveled and will most likely lead to cracking. Was told to call if it should crack and they will repair. Basement room was not swept following job and plastic was left up and hanging.

They were on time, did a clean job...very efficient!

Gus was really nice. He knew what we needed inspected and fixed for a reasonable rate.

B Dry couldn't do this job but recommended someone who could, estimated the price and put me in touch with the workman. Great service. Audrey

The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!
