+ -1 moreThe installation itself was a bit sketchy, the technicians worked for awhile then dissapeared. I had to call my contact to find out where they went. The system they sold me is still working well today, HOWEVER, I paid an extra $350.00 to have a larger backup heating coil put in which NEVER CAME. I called probably 15 times over 3 months to no avail. At first the owner would answer the phone and schedule a call, then wouldnt show up and wouldnt ans calls. It was ridiculous, I filed a complaint with the BBB and with the State Attorney's Office, but never got a response, these guys suck in my opinion.
Description of Work: Replacement of Indoor and outdoor heating and AC units and added a full house system filter.

Description of Work: I was under a home warranty contract and 1st Call was assigned as my provider. They worked on reapiring my AC unit for almost 6 months. It took so long because they have the following issues: - routinely missed scheduled appts - routinely failed to answer and/or return calls - routinely promised the item was repaired only to be called back numerous times to try and repair my unit. - routinely left trash in the yard after a service call. - showed up numerous times with the wrong part. After 5-6 months I was furious with them. I demanded another contractor who was at my house for 10 minutes and repaired the issue. I would not use this provider if they were the last company on the face of the earth after global warming. Stay away, you have been warned!
