+ -1 moreMy initial phone call was returned within 2 hours. We set up an appointment within a week, to accommodate my schedule, he had earlier appointments available. Scott was prompt and on time for both the scheduled appointments. He was polite, explained what he needed to do, and cleaned up after himself! On one job he found a bigger underlying problem to fix my "leaky" toilet. After getting my permission to fix the bigger problem he left to buy parts and was back in 30 minutes to complete the job on the same day. I call that service. I was completely satisfied with both times I used Shepherd's plumbing. I will use them again for any of my plumbing needs.
Description of Work: I used this service on 2 separate occasions at 2 different locations. I needed 2 toilets repaired (inside the tank- all parts replaced) and I needed a toilet replaced and a "leaky" one fixed.
