Description of Work: Two women work for eight hours for two days to clean a house that was seriously neglected. They cleaned the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots & pans; cleaned the stove and refrigerator; cleaned the counters and washed the floor. They also washed and dried multiple loads of laundry, folded and stacked the clothes. Cleaned two bathrooms. Dusted and vacuumed living room and two bedrooms. They worked hard and steadily for two 8-hour days. They did a thorough and excellent job. They will be hired to do regular bi-weekly cleaning. I recommend them without reservations.

Description of Work: We hired Maid 4 U Llc to do our house cleaning and fired them for doing an insufficient job. |Initially their work was ok, nothing stellar, but we felt like we were getting our money's worth. As time progressed the quality of work got worse, things weren't getting clean when they were cleaned at all. My wife spoke with both the cleaning crew directly, and later to management about the quality of work. | |Finally I decided to stop using them because we just were not getting the service we were paying for. | |

Description of Work: They were very difficult to make contact with in order to schedule the cleaning, once we scheduled it, only one person came to our home and they showed up in the afternoon for 4 hours. She only cleaned most of the upstairs of our home, spending an unnecessary amount of time in the Master Bath. Our downstairs, which was what I primarily wanted done, was never touched. I was so disappointed! When I spoke with the owner she contradicted herself and gave me a multitude of excuses. She wanted to send someone out the following week to finish, but we were done at this point. She later texted me to say that she would refund $99 of my money, but I have yet to receive anything. I have really wanted to find someone that does a quality job and is reliable to clean my home, but this company was not it. I am a little gun-shy at this point to use another cleaning provider from Angie's List.

Description of Work: I called them in the morning to schedule something, explaining that my husband just had surgery and I was very sick and we needed some help with our messy house. She offered to come out that very afternoon. I paid an hourly rate for two hours of service. There were three girls. They did a wonderful job and got through my entire list, which I thought they for sure wouldn't be able to do! They worked hard the entire time, were honest, professional, and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and I asked them if they would do interior windows and they wouldn't, however, she offered to set up a different time and at a different price to come back and do the windows. They stayed for three hours and appeared to work very hard the whole time.
Description of Work: We received this service from Groupon and thought we would try it out given that we had a lot of renovations done to our house and, therefore, very dusty. The two people did a great job and did everything I asked.

I could not operate in Tennessee without Maid 4 U. They not only do an impeccable job cleaning but they treat my property as if it is their own. They go above and beyond to accommodate requests that may lie outside normal cleaning responsibilities and can be wholeheartedly trusted with all tasks. I HIGHLY recommend Maid 4 U if you want an organization that you can ALWAYS DEPEND ON, and an adopted family to boot.

+ -1 moreThe two housekeepers were friendly, personable, energetic, efficient, and professional. They both had an excellent sense of humor and were not distracted by the home owners occasional conversation. Conversations varied from short (a few sentences), to those lasting more than 5 minutes. I will use these fine housekeepers again. They work very well together, and I have already scheduled the next cleaning. The option to use the same two housekeepers was offered and I quickly accepted. My wife, who was not home during this initial cleaning, also thought the housekeepers did a good job (which is a high mark, indeed). I was really pleased with their cleaning techniques, and careful sanitizing of surfaces, especially bathroom and kitchen surfaces. They did a wonderful job on the kitchen appliances, treating our house like I imagine they treat theirs. The two housekeepers who were sent to our home could not have been better ambassadors for the professionalism of the Company.
Description of Work: Full House "Spring" cleaned (2750 sq ft). The Company made special arrangements to accommodate my need for the initial service to be on a Saturday, vice a weekday. Despite this, the housekeepers were cheerful and enthusiastic; which is something I am not when it comes to housework.

Description of Work: We started using Maid 4 U a month ago and are very pleased. Service is timely and thorough. The initial deep clean ($275) really got things to a better place so that it is less work to keep up each week. I would consider hiring the company for other seasonal deep cleans, in addition to regular bi-weekly cleaning ($120).

Description of Work: I hired Maid 4 U LLC to do a move-out cleaning job for me of a house I had rented prior to turning back over to my landlady. I had intended to do the cleaning myself, but had too much going on to get the time to do a nice job. They responded quickly and did the work for me right away. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything I had asked them to do. This involved sweeping & mopping and applying no wax shine to all the floors. Cleaning the walls and basseboards. Cleaning all the kitchen cabinets/counters & appliances/refrigerator. Cleaning the windows inside & outside. Cleaning the tub/shower and full bathroom. They also cleaned inside doors and woodwork. The whole house looked very nice when they finished. It was a lifesaver to me to have this service!

They are usually here in about 2 hours. Their pricing was pretty reasonable. They work with us if we have to reschedule the date to come and clean. They always send us a same team, which is something that we like. They are very punctual; they call the day before they come out. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.
