My husband was home, he said they did a great job. I was pleased with my clean house.

They charged $405 including a discount. The owner came over, looked at it, and gave me an estimate and they were there the next morning. I have a three-story log home with lots of beams and open cathedral ceiling and they cleaned the daylights out. Three girls for about 7-1/2 hours and they tore it up. I was so happy with their work that I signed up for the whole year.

I had difficulty scheduling. I had told them that I needed to know at the beginning of the week when the ladies would be there on Friday. I had made this known when I first started using them - that advance scheduling was important to me. They were compliant at first, but each month it became harder and harder for them to give me a time in advance. The last time that I called to get a time for March, the person that answered the phone actually sounded irritated with me because I wanted to know the approximate time that they would arrive on Friday. I told her to just forget it - I would find someone else to work with. I also did find areas that they did not clean in the kitchen - a beverage cart was very dusty and something had been spilled on it, but they did not clean the cart at all. They dry dusted and that does not work for me - it just moves the dust around - they need to use some muscle and a can of Pledge, or something. They did a nice job on the bathrooms and the floors, however.

You also have to use them at least every two weeks or you incur the initial cleaning fee again. They did a great job though. I wish I could afford to have them out all the time.

Needed hands and knees scrubbing not steam alone. All in all, pretty well. Can't say they're a bargain, for a little over 2 hours work, but they were two and it looked better than when they started.

It's great to come home and have a clean house! They consistently do a great job.

Maid4U was extremely professional. They were prompt to respond, followed up to appt and were flexible to accommodating my needs quickly. The cleaning service provided was excellent. They were very responsive to ensuring that I was beyond satisfied with the service being provided. I recommended them already to several people.

Sometimes there were bags of trash forgotten, the house was clean. I never did come home feeling like it was deep cleaned but then I didn't complain about it either. I'm sure that anything I would have called about, they would have come back out to fix.

Went very well. Three cheerful employees arrived on time and completed the job in approx 1 hr. Basement room is clean and ready for painters.

Robin and Stacy were on time, they did a great job getting everything cleaned up in a logical manner. They walked through what they were doing with me and made sure that I didn't have any concerns or issues with the work they were doing. If they felt like there was something not done to their satisfaction, they pointed it out to me. For example, there was something in the carpet that they were unable to get out with the vacuum alone. I was able to get it taken care of and may not have noticed it if they hadn't pointed it out. In addition, there was some spilled paint/stains on the baseboards and they were sure to point those things out to me, so I was aware of the issues. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Two girls were at my home from 10:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. I left the house late afternoon as I had an errand to run, and they left while I was gone. About an hour after I got home I received a phone call to tell me that they had neglected to mop my screened porch, which was on the list. The company sent another team the next afternoon to fix the things that had not been done completely to my satisfaction, which included my kitchen cabinets being cleaned. The other team arrived on time the next day, got right to work, finished the things the first team missed and were gone within an hour. The girls were friendly, courteous and for the most part very thorough. My house needed a good scrubbing so I don't fault the first team for missing a few things. They worked very hard, (I have a teenage son who is a slob, (oxymoron?) and they cleaned his room and bathroom, no small task) so at the end of the day were most likely quite tired. I was amazed that I received a call before I had a chance to look at my porch; integrity like that is rarely seen by any company, let alone a housecleaning service! I have used many services over the years, and aside of one other person, I have yet to be this impressed. They are now my regular monthly service. I hope the level of professionalism remains this good throughout the time I live in Knoxville. As to the price, it is quite a bit more than I have spent in the past; but they do what they say they will do, which makes them worth it. I did receive an Angie's List first time 15% discount.

The two ladies that came out spent hours cleaning and scrubbing the house. They were AMAZING! I would use them again and recommend them without a doubt. They spent as much time as the needed to complete the job and had the house looking brand new.

I was impressed with them. The individual I spoke with was most pleasant both on the phone and in person. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a return call. They were punctual for both the estimate appt and the actual cleaning. I was very pleased with their quality of work and will continue to use them for regular cleanings. I have had previous cleaning individuals and companies clean my house and I was most pleased with Maid 4 U and place them at the top of my list with no hesitation!

House looked great! My bathrooms shined. The carpets were vaccumed; all areas were dusted. Excellent job! Staff were professionals. I got a call they were caught in traffic; they were only 15min late. which to me is not late.

I called the company last year when my mother first became ill with cancer, and I needed some help with housework. They came out a day or so later to give me an estimate. I felt it was very reasonable, especially with the size of my house (over 2500 sq. ft.). The team arrived a few days later and did an outstanding job! I was assigned a team, and they are the only ones who clean for me. I really like that I have the same team of ladies working on my home regularly. I also have two cats and a dog, which makes cleaning a challenge. These ladies are always on top of it though, and the office calls me the day before the team is scheduled to arrive to remind me and to let me know when they will arrive. I continued to use the company even after my mother passed away because I was so pleased with their work. The team that cleans my home even left me a sympathy card after my mom died. I highly recommend them!

They Arrived earlier than they said they would. This was a good thing. The work was done in a very professional manner and the women worked very hard the whole time they were here. They took a couple of small breaks but they didn't stop for lunch. They dusted vacuumed And mopped for over 5 hours. My house is cleaner than it has been in years. Kim Taylor and the crew she brought did every thing she quoted in the estimate and seemed to enjoy working together. It was a very pleasurable experience and I will definitely use their services again and if anyone is looking for house cleaning services I would highly recommend Maid 4 U to them. I would like to say thanks to Kim and all the ladies that cleaned my house today. Kim came out to the house to give an estimate one day after I contacted Maid 4U. Even though I changed what I wanted done several times, she was patient with me and adjusted the price accordingly. On the day of cleaning, my water got turned off. We were on the phone several times prior to their arrival; they changed their arrival time to accommodate the water problem. Three friendly ladies arrived right on time and proceeded to clean the house. They finished in a timely manner, and offered to have me check their work. I decided to check after they left, and discovered three window sills they had not cleaned. Supervisor Kim agreed to compensate for that when I phoned her to tell her what a good job the ladies had accomplished. I will have them back again. Kim just couldn't be more pleasant to work with!

Their price is pretty reasonable. They are very good and thorough. The cleaners are in and out of here in a heartbeat. They come with two or three people and come in quickly. They clean the house and they are out. The cleaners normally are fast but they are good and cover everything. They are very flexible with scheduling and, although they are busy, can accommodate any special needs I have.

It was fantastic. Kim was here right on time. She was very professional, and easy to talk to. She provided me with an estimate of what the cost would be to have our house cleaned. Also gave estimate for cleaning sections of my house, if I decide to not have the whole house cleaned each week.

From the minute I submitted a "request for estimate" on their website I have been impressed with this company. They responded immediately to my internet lead, and scheduled an appointment for the estimate quickly. Kim was punctual and walked through the house with me and communicated very clearly what would be included in the service. She definitely understood what I meant by "clean" whereas other companies that gave us estimates didn't seem to have a clue. For the record, another company that provided us an estimate sent a young man who was so dirty that I had to spray lysol in the house after he left to get the smell of B.O. out of my house. Not making that up. "Team 3" came to the house yesterday and I could not be more impressed. My house is normally fairly clean, but since we have 8 indoor cats, I cannot keep up with the cat hair and litter dust getting on baseboards, behind/under furniture, in appliances, etc. These women worked HARD and when they left my house felt like new. Even the microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator looked like new. The bathrooms are spotless too. I am so impressed. We live in Sweetwater, and for whatever reason we have a very hard time finding dependable professional companies (in all categories), so finding this company has been a huge plus. Would have never found them with out Angies List.

The woman came out to give true quote and walked through the house and then sat down and said "well she quoted the $288.00 and with your discount that brings you to $244.00". Then I said well, if it was already going to be the higher of the quoted prices why did we waste your time driving out here to take a look? And I was thinking that it was also wasting my time as I had to stay home from 4:00-6:00pm for her to arrive, which she did at 5:30. Then she went over the cleaning that that price included and said my windows would be another $180.00. This price also didn't include cleaning the Oven or Refrigerator. I decided NOT to use them for my services and have another Lady scheduled to do the job including the Oven & Refrigerator for $120.00 and that is without any coupons.

Lori and Patty were incredibly professional and efficient, and took great pride in their work. They even removed the bottom panel of the oven and cleaned the floor underneath along with cleaning the floor in the pantry - - something that was NOT done by a nationally-known competitor. I feel very comfortable that a Maid 4 U crew will be cleaning my house on a monthly basis for the very reasonable cost of $125. Maid 4 U is awesome!

They did a move-out cleaning for us. Due to a series of complications, our move was on a tight deadline. They worked with us on scheduling were very accommodating and professional throughout. And of course the house looked great!
