Tyson and his team completely remodeled the upstairs apartment in our home. This included removing all the drywall, reframing the roof to allow for a vaulted ceiling, putting up new walls, working with our electricians and plumber. And then completely renovating the mini kitchen. Tyson turned an ugly apartment into a Smokey mountain inspired hideaway.

5 stars! Excellent group to work with, hard workers, honest & so kind! Feel like we have some new good friends! Mark & I feel very blessed! Love our updated kitchen, which is beautiful! Love cabinets, waines coating, tiled back splash, new lites, quarts counter top, etc.! Also love new flooring, fresh paint, new lites, beautiful tiled bathroom, etc. We have already recommended to others, in fact they did a 3,000.00 job at my mom's house.

It went well. We went a little over on time, mostly due to items not being shipped on time (at no fault to HL properties). They were easy to work with and the process was painless, other than not having a bathroom for a week.

All went very well. They worked with me and the company I ordered my countertop material. There were some delays and they adjusted their time to fit in. Everyone was courteous and did a very satisfactory job. I am happy with the finished project.

Excellent work in every way. The team remolded my kitchen beyond expectations and also painted my interior rooms and installed shiplap around my fireplace. Just great work along with dependability, friendly service and a very fair price. Will definitely use for future projects.
