Description of Work: I got a lot of information on my broken pressure washer. The evaluation was that it would be the same price to get a new one than to repair the damage to my current model. I am glad to have someone tell me the truth without charge.

+ -1 moreOverall very satisfied with service. Final price was identical in what they quoted. The only comment I would make is that to go beyond normal customer service and would have cleaned oil residue around engine and deck.
Description of Work: Full service on a Honda SP lawnmower. Including installing front wheels provided.

+ -1 moreGreat service. Repairs done much sooner (one week) than estimated. Staff was friendly and helpful, and gave some money saving advice. I am going to take another old motor in to Frank's to be repaired soon. I whole heartedly recommend Frank's Fixit Shop.

+ 0 moreI go to Frank's Fix It Shop every beginning of the season when my lawn mower doesn't work. They are very good. This year, he did some trouble shooting with me over the phone with no fee, I even offered a little bit of money for trouble shooting over the phone and he said it was his job.
