THR was the general contractor for my kitchen remodel and I was very pleased with the service and work product. Josh is very knowledgeable and was good to point out possible issues before hand which is good for those of us that are not of the trade. I appreciated the information he shared so that I could make more informed decisions. The demolition of the kitchen was done in one day and all debris removed without damaging anything that was not part of the reno. A wall was partially removed and the new floor in the kitchen needed to match the existing flooring in the adjacent room and they did a good job with this. The new flooring is so level and flush with the old that a threshold was not needed so it looks like hardwood had always been in the kitchen. All the major appliances in the kitchen were relocated so there was a lot of electrical and plumbing work needed and all those changes are working great (no issues since work completed 5 months ago). Communication was good with Josh and his crew during the project so I was aware when work would be going on as well as any changes or issues. Small detail work is important to me so this was discussed during the initial interview process and THR?s crew did a great job meeting my picky standards. The job also was completed in the time frame originally estimated. I lived in the house during the renovation so containing the dust (as much as possible) was of importance to me. Plastic tarps contained most of the dust and the crew were good to tidy up each day before leaving and only worked in the designated areas. In the end I am very pleased with the work and would use them again as well as recommend them to you. THR Construction 615-319-3823
