I don’t recall there being any additional fees. One technician showed up and he stayed on the job for a good part of the day. He seemed to be pretty professional, was on time and the work turned out fine.

Fast diagnosis and quick repair. I am bring him back soon to wire up lights under the eaves in front of my house.

Both technicians from Electrical Innovations were extremely professional and very helpful. They were punctual and asked several questions in order to fully understand the problem we were having. Within a short amount of time they had determined the cause and began working on the issue. They worked quickly and efficiently; within 30 minutes they had addressed the problem and replaced the outlets. They asked what else they could do while they were here and offered to look for other trouble spots. In addition to fixing the main problem, they took time to explain how it occurred and what I should look for in the future to prevent similar problems from happening again.

They contacted me the same day that I bought the deal. They were very responsive and answered my questions though email. We are just waiting to have the work done until later in April.

Mr Wade came the same day I called. He correctly diagnosed the problem which had been occurring for over a year. He spent over 30 min. Diagnosing the problem. It required a specialized pool switch. this had to be purchased from the pool cover company. He did not charge for his service call. Mr. Wade was very professional, prompt, knowledgable, and honest ..

It didn't go. They never got back to me. Now I'm looking for someone else to do the work.

I think the service was overall very good and I would not hesitate to use Electrical Innovations for future work.

Advised us about how our box was not to code which he fixed for a reasonable rate. He also tightened existing wires and grounds.

Gary is a very solid professional electrician. His guidance and suggestions were very helpful as we updated lighting in the kitchen, dining, and family rooms. In the kitchen alone, Gary installed new recessed fixtures, pendants, and great under-cabinet fixtures. He also installed 5 other fixtures, dimmers, etc. His ideas were spot on throughout. He was reasonable, punctual, and worked diligently to get the job done efficiently and correctly. He was sure to clean up thoroughly as well. We would recommend Gary to anyone needing to have electrical work done in their home.

That was phenomenal. He redid work that 2 previous electricians have continued to messed up on a small room. This guy totally knows his stuff, he is pleasant to have, he is hilarious and has a great sense of humor. He also did a ceiling fan for me, straightening out this room in an hour and fifteen minutes and spending just an hour doing the ceiling fan, all under the umbrella of the Big Deal, it was amazing. Quality is like an A plus. He could have charge me over but he was awesome. He is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and phenomenal trouble shooter.

He was awesome. He did everything like he was supposed to. He followed-up with me with a phone call. We scheduled the time. He called me about three days out and said that he's still booked to come out in a few days. He told me he has work to do so we should talk and prioritize what should be done first. He came out on time. He was on budget. He was incredibly tidy. It just felt awesome. It was amazing. All you had to do was to do what you say you're going to do and people will thank you for that. I don't have any complaints about him.

The service was good. The person who did it, seemed highly competent and professional.

|Gary was terrific. He showed up a few minutes early. Gave me my estimate for the scope of work and got right on it. He was in constant motion, working straight through with the exception of a quick lunch. I was very pleased with the work. Loved that he cleaned up after himself without being asked. I have had him back to do other work as well. Same great service each time.

Mr. Wade arrived promptly as scheduled. I explained what I wanted him to do and he went to work. He was professional, efficient and offered suggestions for more efficient and safe use of some of my other electrical equipment. He brought his own vac and cleaned up after he completed the work. This was one of the "big deals" and I was very pleased with this provider. Would definitely use him in the future.

Installed ceiling fan. Kept me well informed of availability, arrived on time and completed work within estimated time. Very easy to work with.

Gary did a great job. This installation is very clean and just what I wanted. Gary installed a charging station for a Nissan Leaf. This required the installation of a 220 circuit breaker in a box that was already full, so he also replaced some of the single breakers with double breakers to make room. I watched the entire process. His finished work is very neat and tidy. I'm very pleased. Gary came out and gave a free estimate, then went and got the parts and completed the job, which took about 3 hours total, putting the new breakers in, snaking the new wiring through the drywall, etc. That also included adding a plug and cord to the charging unit so it could easily be relocated in the future.

He was personable and professional. He solved the main problem almost instantly and dealt with it carefully, so I am satisfied completely with his service. Then he helped me understand more than I did before about the much less important but more elusive issue without letting me go beyond my embarrassingly tight budget. He did not charge me for the extra 15 minutes. I was satisfied, learned a little about electricity, and will bring him back to deal with my electrical issues again.

Nothing. Angie's List advertised services he was not willing to provide at a price he would not honor.

Called 11/04/2013 looking for installation within a few days. He was able to come the next day and did a professional job.

Contacted Mr. Wade thru email and he called and set up an estimate time. Came out and looked at what needed to have done. I needed a seperate circuit for my pool. It would pop half the house if something went wrong so I wanted it on it's own circuit. He sent an estimate and we set up a time for him to come out. The weather finally worked on our side and he came out did the work and had even taken care of the electric company. He was on time and very professional. Took care of all the little details and even finished under estimate. Very happy with his work and would definately hire him again and suggest him to anyone!

Gary was great! He had a personal emergency the night before and called to keep me updated. He still got the work done the day it was scheduled. He was efficient and did high quality work. He answered all of my questions. He even came back to check out another issue that wasn't part of the original quote.

The electrician was prompt and very helpful. he replaced 8 ceiling shop light ballasts and one outdoor porch light. We prepard for his visit by purchasing the fixtures to be used and when it turned out most of what we bought wouldn't accomplish what we were hoping it would, the electrician gave us direction on what to buy and hung tough with us while we made multiple trips to the hardware store. At the end of the day, we go exactly what we had hoped for. The electrician remained professionaland patient throughout the process.

This was the 2nd visit by Mr. Wade for separate jobs, and this review encompasses both visits. Mr. Wade was very professional and courteous, providing a courtesy call on his way out and cleaning up after he was finished. Before he started, we looked at what needed to be done, he explained the possible options, and I was able to make a decision based on the information he provided. He worked in a timely fashion, and he did an excellent job. He worked so well, we used him a second time, and I will use him again in the future. Recommended!

Gary was a pleasure to do business with. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. He will spend time with you going over all your options. I had Gary replace my dinning room ceiling light and replace a canister lighting above my jacuzzi with old school 3 pendant light fixture. He is coming back to install the ceiling fan which will be intense due to him having to fish the wire through the ceiling.
