Electrical Innovations

We were having some issues with our home's electrical system; especially, in the kitchen area. Electrical Innovations came to our home and checked everything out for us. We were very pleased. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable with years of experience. I must tell you that finding Electrical Innovations was well worth the subscription to Angie's List. Thank You, Angie's List!

Gary was great, he was courteous, cleaned up after himself and did a fantastic job in everything that was installed.

Gary did a fantastic job, was mindful of my need to not spend a lot of money. He fixed my ceiling fan so I wouldn't have to replace it and let me go get a part at the hardware store while he and his assistant completed other repairs. He explained issues that came up and I felt very confident that he was making recommendations in my best interest. A+++

I thought they were a little expensive compared to other electricians. They were good and did a few extra things for us. They were efficient.

Moving to a new city always brings the challenge of finding new trades you are comfortable working with and I was apprehensive about finding an electrician when the power in my backyard to my pond, jacuzzi and irrigation system went out. Gary quickily responded to my Angie's List posting and arrived promptly at 7:30 AM per our conversation. He asked the relevant questions and systematically worked through the wiring in the backyard to determine the source of the fault. Once found, it was corrected. Gary has been an Electrician for a lot of years and is very knowledgeable and professional. Cost was less than expected. Highly recommended.

Gary responded very quickly to our request for the quote and showed up when he said he would. It didnt take him long to figure out all that he would need. He got the quote to us quickly and when we accepted and asked him to do the job he said he could do it before the end of the week. Gary was at our house exactly when he said he would be there and worked very quickly. He did a great job! It took him just about the amount of time he said it would and there were no "hidden" charges. No suprises. We are very happy customers and will ask for his help again should the need arise.

He was prompt with scheduling an appointment, very easy to work with, and very reasonable on price.

Gary Wade is great. Straight shooter. Discussed options,etc before I purchased fixtures. Steered me away from some other items. I plan to use Gary again in the near future. This was my first experience with AL. I am hooked.

He met me at the appointed time. He assessed the situations, explained in detail what he could do and gave me a quote very promptly. He came with a helper to fix both problems and did an excellent job in a few hours. They cleaned up before they left. My wife and I were both extremely pleased!

Excellent response to initial contact. Came out the next day to see what was involved with the job and then completed job a couple of days later. Very professional and personable!! I will definitely call this company next time I am in need of an electrician and can recommend without reservation!

Went fine & at the time I was super busy and he was very persistant on keeping up with me and my schedule. I was very impressed by him.

He was absolutely exceptional. He was one of the best electricians we've ever used! He was courteous and on time! He went right to work and did a great job.

I initially found Electrical Innovations on Angie's List back in February. He had installed a new doorbell and new outlets at that time. Mr. Wade was pleasant, punctual, efficient and reasonably priced. Remembering that pleasant experience, I called him again when I needed electrical work. .I messaged him, described my issues and requested an approximate price. He replied the same day and gave me an approximate cost and we scheduled a visit. He arrived promptly on the scheduled day and time and replaced a worn out eve light switch, repaired an outside outlet (which required him going underneath my house and tracing the wiring). All issues were resolved fairly quickly and he actually charged me less than his original quote. He explained this was due to my being an Angie's List Customer. I am again pleased with Mr.Wade and Electrical Innovations.

He found that it was working, and did not charge the entire cost.

Good communication, on-time, friendly and even my dog liked him. He came to do the work described above. He couldn't yet install the outlet as we don't have the bracket mounted and he wanted it to be right. I appreciate that. Will hire again.

It went well. I have had no issues with either and it is 5 months later. I got the deal on Angie's list, but he ended up being hear an hour or so longer. It was another $ 100. He was very methodical about cleaning up when he was done - I appreciated that. He kept me informed about progress. I was very comfortable having him in my home, which is important to me. I would call him again or recommend him to others.

Offered to do anything else I had available since the job was diagnosed and resolved so quickly:0 Showed me how to work my 1960 light timer! All other elec. guys had never even seen one before! I have lived here 18 years and now I know how to use it. Yeah Mr. Wade:)

It went very well. He had given me good advise last visit on how strong the lights needed to be so that the space could be illuminated properly and I got the proper lights. I called him when the lights came in and he called me right back. We arranged a time. The time was soon after the call. He came and did the work. We had previously arranged the ladders which he would need in the stairwell. He brought the ladders and a second man to help with the job. I have enjoyed getting great help on this project.
