+ -1 moreTwo fellows came to do the job. They were late- but did call to say they had been delayed. They tried to do what was needed, but just could not make a key that would fit the file cabinet in question. They did enable us to unlock the locked file cabinet. Two fellows came- and a note which may or may not be important to sme- the lead locksmith's mouth was so full of chewing tobacco that I don't know how he functioned. It was almost nauseating. But they did meet the immediate need even though we didn't get what we had hoped.
Description of Work: Called to have them open a lock in a file cabinet for which the key had been lost- and hopefully re-key the lock and give us a new key to replace the one that had been lost.

+ -1 moreI had called them to install some knobs we had bought and they would not work. They went out and bought new ones that would work. They were very good. We like them. That was the 3rd time we have used them. Their pricing is moderate. I will use them again in the future if I need to.
Description of Work: They installed a few new door knobs.

+ -1 moreHe did an assessment of existing locks, suggested less expensive ways of doing things. Even came back a day after the service when he had found some screws that better served our purpose, even though we thought the job was already completed.
