Starting difficult and self propel didn't work.

I stopped in with my walk behind Toro lawnmower. Dennis was very helpful, everything from unloading it, doing a quick diagnosis and giving me an accurate estimate. They were quite busy but I never felt like I was being rushed. Service took about a week and they actually called me when it was done. Once again, very busy when I showed up, but they took the time to explain exactly what they had done and even started it up to make sure everything was OK before loading it into my vehicle. A little pricey but they did what they said they would do and got it done in a timely fashion. They even gave me the old parts!

Outstanding service at a great price.

The price is a little high, but they came and picked it up and brought it back to me. The work was excellent. I went down there one day and told them what I needed and they picked it up the next morning. They were punctual and communicated very well what was in the charge.

. I walk in and they say hi and the person I speak to is Dennis and he listens to the problems and finds the solution. They know their stuff. Kevin is also nice and professional. They are just very nice. I will go back in a couple months for them to check my lawn mower again.

They had it about a week, waiting on a part. I felt very comfortable with them. I felt they were up front, personable, would bend over backwards to explain things to us, and I was very impressed with them. It was very reasonably priced as well. They were right on time with what they quoted. Everything was laid out on the bill and was explained well.
