Description of Work: Took off old shingles on two residences. Repaired and replaced any damaged roof decking. Installed new shingles on both residences. Two crews came out on the same day and finished both locations in one long day. The crews were efficient, well managed and did a great job. They cleaned up around the yard removing any trash or scrap before leaving. Vanderpool exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: I had a water leak in the corner of a dormer. Vanderpool repaired the leak. I'm still observing to see if the leak will reappear. The roofer spent 1 hour and 45 minutes on the job and charged $250, with no guarantee.
