+ -1 moreWhen I called to ask about it I was told they "had me on tape" agreeing to continue the service. I felt used and tricked. Be aware if you use this service. Not very good customer service here. Bad attitude towards customers.
Description of Work: I paid for one year service up front. They delivered the service I paid for. The next year they started the service again without asking me. They said I had agreed to this when I first signed up. You need to be aware. Now I owe for two treatments billed separately. I would have bought another year package but now I feel they tried to trick me into continuing the service.

+ -1 moreThey are really easy to work with. If you have any concerns they'll make a free service call to your house to talk with you. I think that their prices are reasonable and I will continue to use them for future service.
Description of Work: They treat my lawn, fertilize it, provide weed killer and take care of it. I have used them for two years.
