+ -1 moreThey didn’t do much and that was part of the issue. They didn’t do anything. There was some blockage in the drain and they just wanted to clean. They didn’t take time and effort to get into the problem. The problem still persisted after they did the work. Their prices weren’t particularly outrageous.

+ 0 moreIn his defense, it was a very cold January and many people had problems. It took several times to get together on the time of the sevice. Communications could improve but the job was done correctly, John Moody was most professional and competent and the price was fair.
Description of Work: My water bill was getting higher and higher and I knew I did not have a leak in the yard. John came, checked everything out and replaced all of the commode units. I could not believe that was the problem but it apparently was. He came back several times during the day to make sure the meter was not running and the bills went down.

+ -1 moreThe city told us we were leaking something in the creek & it was on our side of the meter. We had been painting & cleaning brushes. John answered the phone and told me he could be out that afternoon. He came out & diagnosed the problem, called in additional help to document the problem.
Description of Work: They diagnosed, with dye that the leak into the creek. Camera in line & found break in pipe on the city side. They called in additional plumber from Environmental for video inspection & recording.
