Description of Work: They came out to give us an estimate to replace all of our outlets. They said they would call us back in a few days with the estimate and a time to come back out and do the work. They never called. I called them and the estimate still wasn't ready. The guy was rude to me that I called him, and made me feel like I was bothering him. They never called back with an estimate or time to come out. They never even had the courtesy to call back to tell us they couldn't do the job. Not professional at all.

+ -1 moreThey did an outstanding job. They were exceptionally polite and friendly. They're very professional. The quality of work was excellent. We actually had a better product than quoted due to a stock shift. I have nothing but good things to say about Thompson Electrical Service. Finding a heat pump is never a happy thing. It's just that ordeal. It's just an excellent heat pump and we actually did better than what we had quoted because of the stock shift.

+ -1 moreThere was no charge so we were very pleased with them. They gave us a very reasonable price and did good work. They were very friendly. We did a lot of pricing on heat pump systems and they were very reasonable. They did a good job on the installation.
Description of Work: We used Thompson Electrical Service to install a new heat pump and they came out and fixed a circuit that went out 6 months later.

+ -1 moreThey put in a new air conditioning unit. I had compared their prices with what I got and their prices were comparable and I got a good price. They went over everything with me and they were very professional while they were here, they were punctual and I have no complaints. They did their work, cleaned up their mess; everything works fine, so I have no problems. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed them.
