beware. lie after lie. job not completed. had factory inspect and write report. they confirmned bad install. they also damaged existing soffit by knocking 3 holes in it. siding nailed directly to wall and cannot expand thus causing bending and bowing. promised to correct but never show up and will not return calls or come and look. this guy is a total rip off

My mother had these windows installed with a 50 year warranty. Several of the windows gas has leaked out leaving the windows foggy. We have called and called them but they will not address the problem. Want call us back, nothing. The window was great for about 10 years then this happened. But it’s the no call back and address the problem that makes me write this.

I was not completely happy with the service. They did finally come back and do all the work. It took them a while. I saw them on Angie's List and that was why I hired them. They did end up doing a good job. It just took them a while to finish it. I did have a problem with a window and a door and they came back and fixed both. Overall the quality was good but the length of time was not. They came and put them in quickly but one window cracked and it took forever to get a new one. They said their factory was hit by lightening and that is why it took so long. The price was good. All the windows were different and not centered so I thought the price was good for what I had to have done.

The new windows are wonderful and the crew was very fast and neat and everything was just like my contract said it would be. I definitely recommend them.

In less than a year, after having over 40 new replacement windows installed, we started noticing a lot of the safety buttons were popped out and would not go back in. Actually, it happened on eleven different windows! This made the windows a real pain to open and close, and we live in a house that is almost 100 years old and has no A/C, so we depend on being able to raise and lower our windows a lot. We spent over $11000.00 to have this done and it was one of our biggest mistakes to go with this company. I have documented over 40 phone calls to Thermal Safe over a three month period trying to get them to fix or replace the faulty parts. I spoke to the rudest secretary on this planet, Lynn. She doesn't listen, apologize, sympathize or care what you are saying. I bet she is paid to see how fast she can get rid of you. She talked over top of me while I was trying to explain the problem and every time said she would have someone call. They never called until I called and left a very unpleasant message on their answering machine saying I was contacting an attorney. Then, they called me back so fast my head spun! They came out almost immediately to replace the parts, and the service guy left nasty finger prints all over my vinyl windows! Now, about eight more have done the same thing. I have already spoke to Lynn twice, over a week ago. Guess it's time to leave another nasty message and this time, I am calling my attorney! This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Do yourself a favor, call someone else! Troy is a fast talking, smoozer! BEWARE!!!!!!
