They did a good job but they were just too expensive. I like everything about them. They were prompt and really good.

He was really good. The price that he charged me was very reasonable because it was an emergency deal. He was very timely. He did a good job. He knew what he was doing and he was very fair. I would absolutely use him again.

I have used Steve Huff Plumbing before and will continue to do so as long as I live in the tri-cities area. Their office staff is always professional as are their plumbers. There are never any surprises. They tell you how much it is going to cost before they come out (service call fee) and then once the plumber takes a look he tells you exactly what the work is going to cost. I've used them about 4 or 5 times and never once has the price changed once quoted. Every single worker that has been sent to my home has treated me and my home with respect. My husband told the last guy he didn't need to wear the shoe covers when he came to the door, and he said if I come in your house I wear them. (following protocol) I've worked with Chip, who is extremely professional and informative, Wade, who is very personable, like your brother is doing a job for you, and Nick, who is just one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I also had Brad come out but he no longer works there. I love the Steve Huff commercials, they are a hoot, and honestly, everything about the company is top notch. I have read they are more expensive than other companies, but when I checked around when I first moved here there was no difference in the service fee (which hasn't changed) and I've had other companies say they were coming and never show up. So if Steve Huff is more expensive, so what? It is like saying a mercedes is more expensive than a ford. DUH. You get what you pay for, and I am willing to pay whatever Steve Huff Plumbing is charging-especially after having multiple issues solved by his professional staff. I can not say enough good things about this business. And just for the record, I am neither a friend or family member. :-)

Had to wait 5 days to get service. Then were 1 hour late. Then called an hour after they said they would and missed call. Called back an hour later. They said had assigned person to another job and would have to wait. I said you did not call at the time promised and you needed to do better than that. They did. Plumber arrived 3 hours later and did fix the leak. Price is on the high side.

Very professional and quick, have had no problems with the faucet since job completion.

All involved were professional, courteous and prompt. They did an outstanding job of minimizing the impact of having to dig through driveway. Left a clean worksite. Would definitely use them again.

Very good, serviceperson was punctual and professional. Repair was completed without any problems. My only issue was the price was a little steep but they were able to fix the problem quicker than any of the 5 or 6 plumbers I talked to.

Man came out to give an estimate on replacing pipes. He was very rude and would not speak with me because I was a woman and my husband wasn't home. He made me call my husband at work to tell him the exact same thing I had already told him, then comes back and tells me that we have a clog and a busted pipe. He said he could try to unclog the pipe and it would cost me $450, whether he fixed it or not. To replace the busted pipes it would cost me $3500. This place is a rip off, please save yourself time and money and call someone else. When we called to see how much it would be to come out it was $39, then when he got there he said it would be more.

We were experiencing a leak underneath our kitchen sink that appeared to be worsening. A call was put in to the answering service for Steve Huff Plumbing since our problem occurred on a Saturday. Our call was returned promptly and the technician (Chip) listened carefully to our scenario and gave options for service. He explained the possible causes for leak, the cost for the visit, and rescheduled his planned activities to respond to our need. He gave an expected time of arrival and was punctual. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, and explained some preventive measures for the future. He was professional in appearance and worked quickly and efficiently. We asked about a plumbing maintenance plan - he explained it clearly and with patience. Hopefully we will not need plumbing services often but would feel confident in using this plumbing service for all our plumbing needs. An aggravating situation was taken care of in a pleasant and professional manner.

Called Steve Huff Plumbing for an estimate. He arrived promptly and explained my options to correct the problem. He provided the detailed estimate and we scheduled a work day. He arrived on time, performed the required work and was very professional. Would highly recommend their services. I was very satisfied.

They were very expensive but they did a good job so you possibly get what you pay for.

This has to be the best plumbing business in the land. I had a bathtub leak leaking through to my living room ceiling. The man that came was very prompt, professional, gave an estimate and fixed with within 2 hours. It was great. They really are professional. Uniformed clean starched with sewn in badges that reflect their expertise. Very courteous, worked in a very timely manner and reasonable pricing. I would recommend this business to the world.

The service provided was ok but their fees are overpriced. They also charge for giving estimates. The plumber gave my husband the estimate and he accepted-not knowing what the normal price for such services normally cost. The office staff was unwilling to adjust their price once the service was performed and were very rude on the phone when I called them. I stopped payment on my check because I was very upset with them and they turned the payment over to collections. If they were truly concerned with making their customers happy, they would have at least discussed with me what could have been a reasonable price.

Service was completed within 24-hours of first call to Steve Huff Plumbing. Received a phone call 20-30 prior to arriving at home. Provided a "good faith" estimate and a "worst case" estimate after looking at toilet and prior to beginning work. Very professional. Wore protective covering over shoes prior to entering home each time. Not the "cheapest" in town but definitely receive quality work and a high level of professionalism.

They provide good service but their cost is extremely high. I think they do good quality work but I think you could get the same thing for a lower cost.

They did a good job, and I would use them again in the future.

The repain man his self was good but I thought the price for repair was out rageous

They are really good. It turned out excellent. They actually had to come back the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would use them again in an instant.

had leaky pipe... charged $49.95 for 5 minutes service call... nothing done... will call handy man to fix

The technician, Rob, has 25 years of experience. He explained why, how and cost of repairs. Work was performed in an effort and manner, professional and willing to answer all questions. Though costly, it was worth the money. Do it once correctly or pay the plumbers to do it poorly twice.
