I can't say enough good things about Brandy, she did a marvelous and thorough cleaning.We were so pleased with her attention to the small things that other cleaning people we had in the past missed. Glad to have found her!

Great! They did exactly as I asked.

She's done very well. She satisfies me very much. She has had people work for her that hadn't done quite as good as her. I don't think I could get that quality work any cheaper than that. She has had some problems getting people in her contingency. She has had some problems getting her help. So, it's being delayed a little bit. There's only one time she didn't come when she said she would. I'm very satisfied with her services.

Brandy and Amy were very professional.

In November they did a great job, but the Dec & Jan cleaning was not good. Spend about an hour each time and did no vacuum upstairs or clean bathroom. I called to let them know I was not happy and they promised a refund, but I have not seen it.

Brandy does a wonderful job cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment. She is very thorough and leaves the place looking great. She even goes so far as to wash out the trash cans in the bedrooms and bathroom. Brandy has a positive attitude and is very flexible with our hectic schedules. I enjoy working with Brandy and would recommend her to anyone looking for professional and positive service!

It's been our experience that the first time a service cleans the house they do a great job. Then once you become a regular customer the service level immediately drops. We have been using Sparkling Cleaning Services for a few months now and couldn't be happier. They're reliable, consistent, and very professional.

Work went well at first, but the job was evidently more than they anticipated. The work done at the end was not as thorough as at first, mostly because they needed to leave, it was getting late. I would use them again, because the next time the work will not take as long to do, and what they had time to do they did very well.

I have used Brandy's Sparkling Cleaning Service for a couple of months and I am very pleased with their service. On their first visit they did Spring Cleaning and since then they have cleaned my house a couple of times. I plan to continue using their service in the future.

We hired Brandy to being cleaning our home on a bi-monthly basis and while she just started, we couldn't be more pleased with her work. She showed up on time and had no problem with our personal requests of how we'd like things completed. Everything was done as agreed upon. We look forward to her maintaining our home for some time to come.

She did a great job. I was expecting the price to go up once she saw how big the job was but she did the entire job, price didnt go up, and she stayed till it was completed.

She said she prices by the job, which is fine. However, she said she would not do errands or appointments.

I have been using Sparkling Clean for 2 years now and they do a fabulous job. Brandy is incredibly thorough and very pleasant and professional. I will continue using her service. Even the basic house cleaning service that she provides is excellent. This time I had to have what is called a "top down" which was a late spring cleaning. I had wanted to get it done earlier in the year but my schedule would not work out. I just wish my work schedule was more structured so I could have her come out on a more regular basis. I highly recommend this company.

I have had my house cleaned for the past five years now by various people. Brandy is by far the best ! She cleaned my house the same as I would clean my house, very clean. All the detailed areas I asked to be cleaned were cleaned and all at a fair price. After looking for someone for over 2 months by word of mouth and local paper I turned to Angie's list. Very pleased that I did. My plan is to continue to use Brandy and would recommend her for home cleaning.

I worked along with her ,and she did everything I ask her to do. She was very professional and sweet.

Did a great job, was here on time, took a walk through and went to work. Did not have to give any instructions or advice. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances am not going to continue the services. Absolutely not the fault of the service provider, Brandi.

I originally hired her last summer due to her good reviews. She and a helper worked 5-6 hours (after showing up at least an hour late, though she did call) and did a pretty good job. Since the house had been vacant for a year before we moved in, it was very dusty and needed a deep cleaning. $250 was a good price for a deep cleaning, but I would consider what they did as just a routine cleaning. One of the main things that I immediately noticed was that they didn't clean the outside of the 3 toilets. The area behind where the toilet seat connects to the bowl and the bottom of the toilet where it attaches to the floor, to me, are areas that I clean anytime I clean the interior of the toilet. These areas were still noticeably dirty when they left. They were very polite and didn't goof off and I was pleased enough with the job they did to hire Brandy again in November. I left a message and it was two days before she called me back. We set the appointment for 10 a.m. one day the following week. She called me the night before and said that since I was her first appointment of the day and she had other appointments after mine, could she come at 9 a.m. instead. That was even better for me, so I agreed to 9 a.m. She closed the call by saying she'd arrive between 9 and 10 a.m. By 11 a.m. she had not arrived and had not called to tell me of her delay. Since I needed to have the house cleaned before I started preparing the house for a dozen guests who would be arriving for lunch the next day, I needed to go ahead and start cleaning the house myself. I called her and she immediately began making excuses about how hectic her morning had been. She didn't apologize or say she was on her way. I told her that since she was already over an hour late (or two if you consider that she'd asked if she could come an hour early) and I'd already started cleaning myself, that I was canceling her visit. At that time, she sounded annoyed and said that she was on her way but would just turn around and go back home. If she had answered with an apology and said something like I'm just 15 min. away from your house," I'd have let her come on over. But she just started taking about what a bad morning she'd had and never apologized for not calling. Sometimes the client needs to let the housecleaner into the house then leave for an appointment themselves, so when the maids cannot be counted on to show up reasonably on time, I feel this is very unprofessional and inconvenient. I will not hire her again because of her unprofessionalism in scheduling appointments and showing up on time and failure to call to let me know that she would be running late.

Brandy is fantastic. I have employed many house cleaning services for over 20 years in many cities and Brandy tops my list. She does a great general cleaning of the house and is now coming bi-weekly. I can't believe the price for the cleaning she does. Amazing. My previous housekeeper had a problem with the travel time to my home and decided to resign. I joined Angie's List with the purpose of finding a new service that would fit my needs...to my delight I found Sparkling Cleaning Service. It was worth every penny to join Angie's List to weed out the poor services in the area. It saved me valuable time by not being on the phone for hours calling all the listings in the area. Thank you Angie for directing me to Brandy. She was truly a great find!!

They (Brandy and Taleika) did a beautiful job cleaning my house! I also like all the additional services they offer, from running errands to car detailing, painting and about anything you might need to keep your home running smoothly.

Very pleased with the workers. They went right to work and did a great job.

The service was horrible and it was a complete waste of money. She pretended to clean but nothing was done. I had to clean the entire house myself. They are supposed to send two people for a move in clean, but she told me that she could not do that for me ahead of time. Only one person could come because they were busy. She was an hour late to the appointment. I would never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.

Their service is great! So far they have been on time for the appointments and they do a good job with the cleaning. They are all very likeable. The woman who comes for the cleanings is very personable. We are home during the work and she cleans around us with no problems.

Brandy is very pleasant to be around. I worked along with her to eliminate some of the clutter and she was not fazed by that. She work's and does not stop to "visit". We talked, but worked the whole time. This very large room is a kitchen, dining room, family room,and an office. wooden cabinets to clean, inside and out. Organize all drawers. Ceiling to floor windows with blinds to clean, one wall of plates (28), 2 china cabinets to empty, clean and replace contents. The office area has 6' floor to ceiling cabinets to empty clean and organize. I could not have done this job as well as they did. I am so glad I checked Angie's list and found such a great company.
