It went well, There were two women (cousins) who were really nice and I felt comfortable enough to leave them there at my house by themselves while I ran a couple of errands. They took a long time (almost 5 hours) but seemed to be thorough. They cleaned all the crevasses around the baseboards and wainscoting where the dust had collected. They did a good job and although a lengthy process (i had a lot for them to do) it was worth it and very very affordable. I would highly recommend them.

2 nice ladies came and cleaned a very dirty kitchen---washed down white cabinets inside and out, cleaned stove and refrigerator inside and out, cleaned 2 dirty bathrooms and 1 very dirty bathroom (seldom used!!) Took them 2 different days to do it all, and they were very pleasant and thorough. We were moving to a condominium and another family was moving into our house, so it really needed to be cleaned after having suffered severe neglect!!! I was very pleased with their services and how pleasant and cooperative they were. The price was also reasonable for what all they had to do!! I apologize to the ladies for being so late posting my review. We are still unpacking boxes and trying to figure out where to put things!!! (p.s. since it's been awhile since this was done, I may have forgotten some of the areas they cleaned, but they worked hard and continuously!!)

They do a good cleaning. I like everything about them so far. The lady who comes out did everything that she said she would do and did a good job. This is the first time I have used her.

Things started off ok I guess as the started immediately cleaning the kitchen cabinets and doing what looked like was going to be a good scrub down of the kitchen, however I had point blank told her that the priorities were to get the clothes and things organized in one of the bedrooms and to put things in a closet and to bag up the things that were currently in the closet and then the second most important priority was to clean all the floors of the home thoroughly and bathrooms..... I can do dishes all by myself. No matter the good job of wiping down the cabinets in the kitchen, the bottom cabinets did not get done and the folding, etc was half a** at best. They eventually were so "hurried so they could be finished in 3 hours" that the sweeping and mopping was done horribly and even one room not done at all. They used the little scrub mop pads which cannot clean a floor thoroughly and the house was left with streaks of dirt/mud every single place they TRIED to mop and even more specifically they do not move furniture, nor mop in corners,,,,, or move extension cords or wires to sweep and mop underneath them or behind them. THIS IS NOT SPRING CLEANING IN MY OPINION AND THE ONLY REASON I WAS PERFECTLY FINE WITH THE $150 RATE WAS BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS FOR TWO WOMEN TO SPRING CLEAN, NOT FOR THEM TO HURRY AND HALF A** CLEAN A HOUSE IN THREE HOURS. (I realize for what I expected, that the price of $150 was really low, but that was her quote, and when they started trying to just throw things in the bottom of the closet so they could wrap up and leave, I offered more money, WHICH I ENDED UP PAYING, AND SAID, "I don't care if it cost me more, I have got to get this done and cannot do it by myself!!" (especially since I was recovering from an injury!!) So I did pay $60 more than the quoted price for about another hours worth of very hurried and half a** work. These two girls were pleasant enough so I gave them a second chance since I am new to the area and again I had about ten loads of clean clothes that needed to be folded and a dresser and two closets of clothes that had to be cleaned out...... AGAIN BRANDY CONFESSED SHOULD COULD NOT FOLD CLOTHES, AND SHE REALLY CANNOT, AND WE GOT THE CLOSETS DONE BUT "AGAIN" THAT TIME I HAD TO OFFER MORE MONEY FOR THEM TO STAY UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE AND I HELPED THEM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, IN SPITE OF MY INJURY!!!! They decided to use the fact that they had to pick a child up from daycare although it was already 6 pm so they could leave but it was not my fault that they did not show up until after two PM. AGAIN I WAS WILLING TO PAY A "SPRING CLEANING" RATE BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE HELP I NEEDED AND HAD TO OFFER TO PAY MORE FOR THEM TO FINISH THE JOB..... SUDDENLY IT WAS OK FOR HER NOT TO GET HER CHILD ON TIME AND THEY TOOK THE EXTRA MONEY, BUT THINGS WERE STILL NEVER COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY AND MY BOYFRIEND ASKED, "What happened to the floors???", WHEN HE WALKED IN THE DOOR BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL SMEARED AND THAT WAS THE ONE THING HE WAS VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WANTING DONE CORRECTLY!!! Please understand, during this visit no other parts of the house were touched besides asking them to do the floors and the bathrooms...... Brandy did that while the other girl helped me fold clothes etc. THE WHOLE THING MADE ME WONDER "HOW DOES ONE GET ALL THOSE REVIEWS ON ANGIES LIST???? CAN'T THEY JUST GET THEIR FRIENDS TO SIGN ON AND WRITE WHATEVER THEY WANT THEM TO SAY???? IT MADE ME DOUBT ANGIE'S LIST!!!! THAT'S NOT COOL!!

We weren't totally crazy about the work done by Sparkling Cleaning Services. I would probably give them about three out of five stars. They were moving my stuff around. They had things re-arranged. They had put books on bookshelves where they didn't go. They were late getting here and they stayed a really long time. [00:02:00]. Their prices were reasonable.

Went well. Satisfied.

Brandy arrived at my home with her help and they cleaned my home so thoroughly I was shocked. Her cleaning exceeded her price. They even cleaned up under furniture. She was also pleasant and professional. I am using her company again and I sincerely recommend her. This level of service is difficult to find anymore.

There isn't anything negative I could say at all. I am very pleased and set up biweekly appointments to keep things maintained. Brandy's prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work is top notch.

I was in desperate need of cleaning. The house had been neglected for awhile due to my work and studies. I searched Angie's List and found Brandy. The cost seemed reasonable for the services described by others so I called her. She was prompt and stayed about 8 hours the first day. She and her partner were not in a hurry to leave. They thoroughly cleaned all the house. I felt comfortable with them. They did not seem judgmental about the state of my house. They just cleaned it like I used to do when I cleaned. I highly recommend them.

Sparkling Clean Service has been a life saver for me. Because my husband and I are disabled we required someone who would understand our physical limitations and the type of cleaning service we needed. On the first day that sparkling Clean Service arrived we discussed what was most important to us and set goals to be achieved. We have been delighted to have such professional and courteous service and continue using Sparkling Clean Service. Sparkling Clean Service takes special care in performing a thorough job in cleaning while maintaining caution and special care of our belongings. We have been pleased with Sparkling Clean Service and highly recommend them. We have decided to having Sparkling Clean Service on a regular bases.

Brandy and her crew were thorough, meticulous, and extremely pleasant. I had called for an estimate on Monday, called back by Friday to schedule, and she was at my door the following Friday. She performed a "Top to Bottom" cleaning for our first cleaning, and we were so thrilled. She and her crew did an exceptional job. Happily hired her to do a bi-weekly cleaning!

I would highly recommend Brandy to anyone looking for a good cleaning. Someone used the word meticulous and that is so true. She is pleasant and easy to work with and I had no hesitation leaving her in my home to clean while I worked. She is thinking about branching out into other services, i.e., lawn work, pressure washing, and home catering and if she does, you can bet that I will avail myself of her services in those areas also. Excellent worker!

She was punctual, pleasant, and well spoken. She listened to specific items I wanted addressed and then went to work. She cleaned extremely well and as the review above mentioned - she is meticulous. She had no problem with cleaning certain floors I have with different methods and different cleaning solutions. The place looks great.

I found that she was very thorough, as far as the cleaning goes. I’ve always been happy. She was meticulous, which not everybody is.
