We were looking to replace our roof and called Remnant Construction for an estimate. They came and gave us a competitive estimate. He was thorough, professional knowledgeable, and personable. We asked several questions and he answered honestly. We chose to go with Remnant. A date was scheduled quickly and the work was done well, with someone here late each day, ensuring clean up was completed. We are very happy with the quality of the job. Repaired leaking roof by removing all old roofing, replaced rotten plywood (not included in original quote nor the added labor). Completed all in one day, excellant install, and did not increase the quoted price. Amazing customer service and honest, hard working crew.

They are absolutely wonderful would recommend them to anyone.

Was not licensed all right he represented himself as such. Caused water leak three months ago and continues to refuse to repair it. Broke conduit on electrical box he was paid to replace and it not leaks directly into where the power would come in. He was belligerent when asked to repair the damages he caused.
