Description of Work: We were extremely pleased with the work they performed, the error they located not found by a previous repair company and the fair price for the repairs. We will definitely use them in the future.

 + -1 moreI called Quality Heating and Air Cond. They have an answering service. I left my name, number and the problem i was having with my unit with the girl at the answering service. She said she would page him. I never received a call back. I called back two days later and she said she sent him the page with my number. She said that sometimes they have trouble with the pagers and that I should have called back if I had not heard anything after a couple of hours.......
Description of Work: No service was preformed. Do not feel like I can give a good honest rating.

 + -1 moreI was referred to Quality Heating and Air by a co-worker who stated that they were very honest and had always done very good work for her. I called Quality after hours on a Friday and received a call back within an hour. The gentleman said that he normally comes out of Saturdays but was out of town tomorrow. He came to my home first thing Monday morning. I was informed that my compressor needed to be replaced and due to the age of my unit he recommended I replace the entire system. (I later got a second opinion and was told the same thing.) I eventually went with another company because Quality Heating and Air do not participate in the Energy Right program through the Johnson City Power Board. This program provided the best financing options for me and thus I went with someone else. However, I would still have no hesitations recommending Quality Heating and Air based on the professionalism I saw.

Description of Work: I have used this company before and they are always prompt to get back to you and finish any work needed. For this particular visit I have purchased a new house and heat pump system was not working properly they came out and found my problem and fixed them and suggested things I could do to improve my heating and cooling with this unit. The unit is in an older home that originally had an oil furnace and has heat pump put in using old duct work. Give them a call I think you will be pleased with their service.

 + -1 moreThey were very very good. I had a positive experience with them. They did it in a very short time very professionally. They kept everything clean. The price was very good. The quality has been good so far. Their responsiveness was excellent. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreThey have been pretty good. A friend recommended them. They seemed to know what they are doing and they keep us in good working order.
Description of Work: I used Quality Heating & Air Conditioning because our air conditioning was frozen up. They had to add some freon and do some maintenance to clean it up and get it running again.
