As above. Work was done to my satisfaction.

A series of lights in the Church Sanctuary were out, these lights were turned on and off by a low voltage switching system installed in 1977. Several circuits circuit breakers blew that I was not aware of. At this point other congregants came it tried throwing all variety of circuit breakers including ones marked DO NOT Energize. By the time I came back 2 of 5 power panels were down. A Precision Technician who was not on call came over in less than half hour to determine what needed to be done. He realized that it wasn't any flip a breaker and all would be well, wasn't going to happen and the on duty person who lived 30 miles away came in. With two power panels out and an accident done the road took out all of the power. there was time to call the power company and for the new technician to come to the church and start to work. Five hours later the power panels were working and then they started on the Sanctuary lights three hours later the technician gave up on fixing the lights.

The staff were professional and courteous. ?They explained the charges before they began work. ?They attached their wire tracer and tried to locate the end of the cable. ?The device they were using was a simple tone generator and receiving unit on the end of a wire. ?It did not provide any digital read out or depth, just and audio tone that would change relative to the distance from the cable. ?After about ?three hours, they were unable to locate the end of cable with that equipment. ?I inquired if they had any other device and they said no. ?I would think that such a large company would have something like a 3M DynaTel for such jobs. ?I wouldn't recommend this company for tracing services.

They were under my home warranty. John Dye was the service tech who came. He were on time and very professional. They did a very good job and stuck to the price they quoted. They were very responsive and kept me informed all along the way. They were wonderful.

employees were great, courteous, helpful, a pleasure to deal with, and knowledgeable PRICE was way outrageous , they even charged me $79.00 to come to the house, even when I agreed to have the work done. I am pleased with the employees and the worked they did, not the company. they need adjust there prices. I feel that the work they did, did not account for the outrageous price.

The job was to install an individual outlet/plug-in for an above stove microwave.....they sent 2 techs out to do the estimate, took them 30 to 45 minutes to look around and figure how they would run the line from the fuse box downstairs to the cabinet above the stove. Then they charged me $49.00 for coming out to give an estimate....and the estimate was $805.00, But if I had them do the work, The $49.00 I paid for the estimate would be deducted from the total. Still way too high priced I thought. So I called another business for second opinion.

Went well overall .

Very prompt and kept appointment time.. Said he would do a great job and that he would not be the least costly. Boy was he right! His estimate was $4,800.00 . Another very professional electrician did the work for $2,250.00 and was prompt with getting the job done. I'm very satisfied with the installation of the underground conduit and power line.
