Home Inspection
He was very thorough, detailing and photographing everything he observed in the home.
Mr. Hatley went through the home, and when he was finished, he went back through with us pointing out any potential problems that needed to be addressed, and took the time to answer all our questions. We were very pleased.
He also provided us a detailed report in a 3-ring binder.

Home Inspection
Process was smooth with no hold ups or hitches. HOW EVER, the first three months after closing and moving into the home we had MAJOR...need I STRESS MAJOR leaking in several areas of the roof. We had the rood reevaluated and discovered to our horror that there were actually areas of the roof that were rotted nor only to the degree that the shingles had to be replaced but the actual you'd structure of the roof itself had rotted due to water damage and had to be replaced. This WOULD have been noticed had the inspector actually climbed on the roof instead of just shooting pictures from a ladder in the back of the house and not even doing t h at in the front where most of the major damage was. He missed the hot tub not working, which also required replacement as the estimates to repair it by two separate companies were over 27 each and both stated that after doing the repairs there was no way they could guarantee it would world. The support beams under 3 of the four decks were rotting so three decks had to be removed all the way down to the concrete posts that were not done correctly and be rebuilt.
I could continue to discuss valves in walls that gad been shut off to hide ruptured pipes, pans slide under dishwashers to hide leaks but why bother. Suffice it yo say the 7th in work we have had to do to get the house repaired speaks for itself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
