Great service. Kevin responded quickly to our call and gave us a great price to get several small projects done around the home we recently purchased in Kingsport. The thermostats were outdated, so Kevin purchased two new programmable models and installed and programmed both. In addition, he added a dimmer switch to a light in our living room and installed a new electrical outlet in the basement that we need i n order to run our internet hub and a few other items. The work was done quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable price. We had just moved to the area and found Living Water Electrical right here on Angie's List. The recommendations were right on and we are happy to know that we have found an excellent electrician that we can use for all of our future projects and needs.

Kevin came over to provide an estimate on fixing our electrical problem (our outdoor and garage outlets were all gradually failing), but quickly determined the problem (GFI in the bathroom was pulling apart), said it was an easy fix and that he could go ahead and take care of it. He saw we needed a new GFI, drove out to Lowe's to pick it up himself and then quickly installed it. He was professional, easy to get a hold of, prompt on returning getting back to me with his schedule, and perfectly punctual. I also felt the services were very well priced since the cost for fixing the problem even included parts. He had all the tools and knowledge needed to get a great job done quickly.

They were great. My experience was good enough that they will be coming back tomorrow to do more work. My dad is on a fixed income and they worked with him in keeping the cost down. They were reasonably priced; they are a wonderful company.

In the middle of the installation, I had to be hospitalized. Living Water are not only rescheduled with my wife a time to come and finish the work, but also the payment. In a situation that was neither their fault nor their responsibility, Living Water went above and beyond, and we are extremely grateful. Not only will we use Living Water for any more jobs here where are living now, but hope to use them extensively when we build our new home, if they will. You could not contract with finer people.

Company was very responsive and professional from first contact. Returned our phone calls promptly. Work was done quickly. Workers were very professional, answered all our questions and cleaned up after the job was finished. Would use them again!

I contacted Kevin at Living Water to do a service call about a flickering ceiling fan/light component in what will be our nursery. He was very responsive and stayed in contact, always calling when he said he would. He made it out to my house during the week I needed him to come (when I was off work), and solved our problem quickly (it turned out to be a bad remote component). He was very pleasant and worked quickly, and even gave me the Angie's list special he was running even though I didn't have the coupon printed or mention it. I know who to call for any future electrical issues!

Kevin was very courteous and professional. He addressed the problem determining immediately as to what the problem was. Was able to complete the job quickly. Very impressed with his skills and ability to address issue at hand. Very prompt and explained what had created the problem and ask if there were further questions or concerned.. Very impressed!

Kevin was very prompt in his response to my inquiry via telephone. He was very flexible in making time to meet me at my parents home during my limited schedule availability. He listened to my request, responded specifically without adding unnecessary parts or labor, gave me an estimate on the spot, and then promptly gave me a time when his team could come back and do the job.

I do embroidery and heat press work and needed two dedicated electric outlets for my individual equipment. I rarely use them at the same time, but they both draw a lot of electricity and I didn't want to take any chances. After contacting a couple of contractors for bids, I gave the job to Living Water Electrical Company. I liked the professionalism and honesty I got from Kevin when he came to the house to check things out and give me a bid. When his two men came to the house to do the job, the too were very professional and kept me in the loop with any questions and suggestions they might have. I am very satisfied with the work they have done and I would gladly use them again for anything else I might need that they can provide for me. They are a class act all the way.

Overall very good. You can tell a lot by how people respond to when things don't go as planned. We wanted to update our fuse box so we called around for a couple of estimates. Kevin was prompt and very courteous. My father-in-law provided the circuit board and circuits so we were just paying for the labor. Their estimate was not the cheapest, about $60 more than on of the other companies. However, there was something that made use prefer them over the others (I could not tell you what it was). Kevin took care of everything (permits etc...) we just marked the date on the calendar. The job went great and then just as they were cleaning up the electrician who was doing the work couldn't get the cover to fit on the panel. At first it was assumed that the panel and cover we provided were not the correct pair. However, it was soon realized that the panel was flipped upside down. To fix this they needed to get the power company to come back out and remove the meter a second time and require a second permit (so it couldn't be done that day). Kevin and his team handled this mistake as true professionals, they explained their mistake (and did not make excuses, they didn't even mention the panel we provided was a different brand than the one they usually install). They made the box safe, and then took care of everything to correct the mistake ASAP. Basically, everything turned out great and we paid exactly what was estimated.

I contacted Living Water Electrical after my stove caught on fire. I wanted to ensure the outlet was safe and also needed work done on my water heater. The two guys who completed the work were very friendly, polite and professional. It didn't take very long to determine the outlet was safe . They replaced the wiring on my water heater and added a 'disconnect box' (I think that's the correct term). That took a little longer but not an unreasonable amount of time. The cost was fair and service efficient. I was pleased with the entire experience.

And, as you can imagine, all this took some pretty frequent communications and schedule coordination. Kevin is very responsive, professional, considerate, and cordial. All in all, a very good experience with him. His guys are equally friendly and clean. I had no worries about them being in my house and would (and have) recommended them to friends and family alike. The only real hiccup we had was an errant drill bit while trying to fish the pull wire up into the attic. I ended up with a hole in the corner of the ceiling in my stairwell, behind the target wall. He responded quickly by having a contractor come out to patch the hole and paint. He ended up having to paint the whole wall and ceiling, but he got it done to my satisfaction. There were also a few chips in the ceiling paint where the new recessed LED lighting was installed. Kevin also had the contractor repair those spots free of charge to me. Overall, I was treated fairly and the work done was top notch. Highly recommended. Kevin has the desire and ability to do great work and his penchant for evaluating a situation from both sides to come to a fair agreement is a truly valuable asset for a professional in his field. Most shirk responsibility when things go wrong. He makes them right. You can't ask for better.

I had a ceiling fan w/lights installed in a bedroom. The lights stopped working, but the fan still worked. Kevin and another worker checked everything out and determined that it was the remote. I had a new one which they installed. These folks were very nice and very patient. I would recommend this company to all.

Kevin was very professional, on time, took his time to explain the work. I will be contacting him when I get ready for this work.

when I contracted this co. to do the work I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism they showed. they did all the work that I had asked them to do and was willing to take the time to listen to my concerns. I wasn t sure of everything I needed in my new kitchen. They walked me through it all so I could understand. I needed a new phone jack moved to a different location and they did that also. Everything I wanted done they did it in the time they were supposed to be finished. I will recommend this company to my family.

Overall went very well, but we haven't called them to complete the repairs yet. We will soon.

It was okay. He is very punctual, and professional. His price was just as he estimated, and I had a little discount. He has returned to do a few more estimates on other projects around our house, and we will definitely have him do those projects. He has even given my husband and I, a few helpful hints on how to tackle smaller projects ourselves. It was great service.

Kevin and I had some communication issues in the beginning but that was a misunderstanding of both parties. We also had some weather issues to work around. Once we had a day that the weather cooperated, he was on time, professional and very courteous.He was very accomodating to work me into his schedule when the weather caused us to reschedule the work. I am very pleased with the work and will call again to have several light fixtures and ceiling fans installed.

They didn't have a ladder long enough to reach the peak of my driveway, so they returned within 30 min with the ladder. They had to replace the electrical box in the ceiling for the fan as it was old and no longer useable. They also had to install an electrical box to mount the driveway light to the garage peak. Other than that I had all the parts necessary. They did a fine job and we will use them again.

Called Kevin to come repair a broken conduit and electrical wire. The conduit had been stepped on and broken, which had broken the electrical wire and tripped the breaker. Kevin came out the next morning and fixed the issue. Kevin has done numerous jobs for our church and we highly recommend him for any electrical work that needs to be done.
