Punctual, professional, great price, good work.

Three individuals came and worked on both projects simultaneously. They were finished within an hour. They were very courteous and professional in their interactions with me. That worked was completed about a month ago and everything is working well.

From the moment I first talked to Kevin, he was very courteous and helpful. He let me know up front that he wouldn't be able to get to me right away, but gave me an idea of when he'd be available and called back as promised to make final arrangements. He went out of his way and took on the job himself to ensure it would be done on my day off. He arrived promptly and was in and out in no time at all. He not only replaced the switches, but tidied up the hole in the paper/plaster around them and left the floor cleaner than he found it I'm sure :) I have to admit that I initially called a local electrician who came highly recommended by two different coworkers. He couldn't get to me right away either, but, instead of giving me an idea of when he'd be available, simply told me to call him back if I didn't find anyone else. Needless to say, I won't be making that call! Thanks, Kevin, for being so easy and pleasant to work with!

Completed the work on the scheduled day and the lights work great. Was not a difficult job but I wanted a professional to do it and I am was satisfied with the job they did. 2 employees showed up were neat in appearance and very polite. I stayed out of their way and they were done within an hour.

Kevin fixed an exhaust fan I installed in my bathroom. Told me he would be here at 8am and was pulling up about 7:45am. Finished in no time, any mess they made they cleaned up. I am very, very pleased with Kevin and will call him again as I need work done.

We used Living Waters through a deal on Angies List. 2 hours of work for 99.00. We were very pleased with the quality and outcome. The two gentlemen. Arrived on time and were very curtious. We will definatly use them again. We have already refered them to my mother for some work she needs done. They did the job in an hour. They didn't leave a mess. I was very impressed with the bible quote on the back of the company business card. We will certainly use them again.

The work was done without complications and the workman was professional

The Service was very professional; they were a few minutes late but called to let me know they were on the way. I bought the service for $79.00 and I expected to pay for the additional parts needed to complete the job; however, I thought the "DEAL" was misleading since the additional parts were $55.00 but the total bill was $205 - $79.00. There were 2 service men so I was charged $75.00 for the 2nd person that I was not expecting. I was pleased with the work completed and will use them again, was just surprised at the additional charge for the 2nd serviceman. I'll know next time what to expect.

Kevin was very professional and responsive. His team showed up on time and worked for several days until the job was done. We have 8 dogs and 1 cat, and the guys worked around them with no problem. They were friendly and responsive. I will definitly use them again!

The service techs provided work under home warranty and replaced original and faulty GFCI breakers in the main panel. While on site they noticed the old components and suspected immediately that they were causing power outs to specific rooms. They even phoned around to confirm their suspicions and went out of their way to go and pick up new breakers at the electrical supply distributor. They also examined a non-working exterior light fixture and adjusted the contact point to bring it back to operational status. They know their stuff and are focused on customer service.

They came on time and did the work though they did not have one piece for the overhead light. He called and brought it over the next day

Kevin & his crew @ Living Water Electrical did a fantastic job in wiring & setting up our basement for lights & cable tv. We finished our basement ~1200-1300 sq ft finished along with a garage area large enough for a 1 car garage. They wired the entire basement for lighting, electrical outlets, cable tv outlets & exhaust fan for the bathroom. We had a 2nd kitchen & laundry in the basement as well & they did a great job with the lighting placement & appliances for maximum lighting for the project. The big area Kevin went above & beyond your normal electricians abilities is in our home theater room. He & his crew not only wired all the lighting on a dimmer which is a must in a theater room but he also helped with ideas on component, speaker & projector placement. He & his crew also installed all the speakers, ran the wires, screen, projector, low level lighting (for that real theater room feel) & he even helped with the programming & install of our Harmony Logitech remote to run the entire system. Kevin at Living Water Electrical & his crew would definitely be the electricians I will call when I need electrical work done around my home.

The work went well, but coordinating cutoff services with Johnson City Power Board did not go as smooth as it should. They came out on the wrong day to cut off power & good thing I was home to tell them not to do it that day.

Doing my own remodeling and ran into a problem where several wires came together in a couple different places. Called LW to see if they could come out soon but he was backed up for several days. But he was able to stay on the phone with me and let me explain my problem and he talked me through how to fix it. Very glad he did, my issue is fixed now. I will definitely use him in the future when needed. Thank you.

I purchased the Angie's List special of $99 for Two Hours of Electrical Labor. Kevin and his employees are very professional and do a great job. This is the third job that he has done for me and I have always been pleased with his work. He also keeps in contact to let you know exactly when he will arrive at your house.

The technician was on time, did a good job, and was a kind Christian fellow.

The guys were great. They were here on time and finished the work much sooner than I expected. They were great.

Everything went off without a hitch. He offered to return if there were any issues.
