Deck was exactly what we had in mind. It?s been 4-5 months since it was built and we love it! It?s been solid in full sun, rain, snow, fall and winter. Honest, timely, and skilled. I?d hire them again in a heartbeat!

James was very professional and easy to work with. Flexible on pricing/payment. Most importantly, he and his crew did quality work on my fence install.

They did a great job on my deck,but they didn't hang the door they were supposed to, and they didn't replace the gutters they took down

It was nice to have hired true craftsmen who took pride in their work. When I asked for a couple of changes, their response was, "no problem." For 30 years I had to step down to reach my deck from my carport and up to reach my porch, now not transitions are level. I could not be more pleased.

Crew did a good job for us. Went above and beyond my expectations. Only concern was some of the slats were split. I realize that you are at the mercy of your supplier but there are several that are going to have to be replaced. Overall James and his crew were great. Will be doing business with them again to finish replacing more fence.

These guys to great work. They actually worked on a Sunday to get roof on before winter storm still have a couple of little things to do once weather breaks I have no doubt once weather agrees they will finish up. Thanks for making our house look so much better.

They worked hard, paid attention to every detail and cleaned up/hauled off everything. Including a tree that was in the way and I needed help with cutting down. I highly recommend Legacy Builders. My fence is beautiful.

Not only do they provide a written contract that details the work, they also specify start and finish dates. Timeliness, communication, and quality are all first rate. When you choose a contractor, you want to have someone with extremely high integrity, and thatâ s harder to find these days than it should be. James and Legacy Builders fit that criteria perfectly. Very professional and trustworthy

James came out to fix eaves that were damaged. He also came out to put weatherproofing under our deck. That included gravel and a cover under the above decking. It also included a gutter to keep it dry under the deck. Itâ s great storage now that the water is no longer an issue. I would definitely hire him again.
