The technician was prompt to come to our house and very efficiently fix the unit. I'd highly recommend Lafayette air cond.

Good, called them and had service next morning, diagnosed problem and ordered motor that day, installed new motor 2 or 3 days later.

Donnie came out initially to spec and quote the job. He did a great job on explaining the models and helping us get in on Trane's 0% financing deal. He even had the foresight to have their duct expert come out a day before hand to look at our existing return air box problem. They made the measurements and brought an adapter box precut and ready to roll for the install. The 3 man team for the install showed up on time and got to work quickly. It was working just after lunch and they were completely finished not long after. The pad and placement of the outdoor unit was great and looked good. You will pay a bit more for a Trane than some brands but it is the best system i have ever owned or used. Lafayette was on par with other Trane dealers in the area. I priced at least 3. And they were considerably cheaper than a certain local Home Improvement store. Not to mention that the unit i got was a better/newer model than the Home Imp store quoted. And the 0% financing sealed the deal. I will wind up paying less for a Trane over time than the last system i got that was an Amana Goodman due to financing. Highly recommend Lafayette from this experience. And i recommend a Trane if you can save up or budget for it. Lastly, they worked us in quickly as the summer rush was starting no problem.

I had a hard time with my schedule to arrange a time for them to check out my unit. Duane called me to double check to see if I still needed their services. Now that is professionalism. He arrived promptly and was very nice to explain things to me. Took his time to double check everything. I got an estimate for future upgrades too. I definitely recommend them.

All work was performed in a timely, professional and neat manner. They arranged 0% financing for the installation. I will use their services in the future and recommend them highly. Check out their A BBB rating.
