Description of Work: It has been some time (about 6 years ago) since Mr. Horne serviced our heat pumps. He had installed them for our new home in 2003, and the condensers for each went out (both under warranty). He came out promptly, and I was with him while he installed the new ones. He was professional and informative and I had no trouble with the warranty. I would highly recommend him.
