We originally got a bathroom estimate from Jimmy. We scheduled it for the beginning of August. We tried to secure another contractor to do the sheetrock however they never responded. I contacted Jimmy to get an estimate and to see if they could fit us in. Thankfully they could. We were very happy with the level of communication and the quality of the work that Jessie provided for us. After all was done, we had one small issue and he schedules us right away to come and take care of it. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. They are trustworthy and stand behind their work. I really appreciate that in a company.

We recently had Go Dry Waterproofing a Division of Heritage Construction Solutions complete a waterproofing project at our home. The process started with a visit to our home to determine the issue and how fix it. Jim provided us with a written detailed plan and estimate. Everything was explained thoroughly. We watched as each phase of the project was completed. The scope of work was completed exactly as written in the plan. Sean was the foreman assigned to the team that completed the work. His experience and knowledge of the entire process topped with his fine attention to detail went far beyond our expectations. He treated our house like it was his home. Wet weather makes this type of job a challenge. As the impatient homeowner, we had to understand that waiting for wet clay to dry was pertinent to doing the job well and keeping the workers safe. We thank Sean and his team for doing such a great job so we can live in a dry house for years to come.

Heritage Construction Solutions recently completed a major remodeling project at my home. The remodel consisted of finishing a large basement that was made into 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large full bath, a cozy den and a great storage area. This remodel was made possible due to the expert job they did in waterproofing my leaking basement more than 2-years ago. I waited to do this work to be certain the basement did not leak after waterproofing and it never leaked a drop after many severe rains and 2 major long-term rains, which were declared floods by the state. I left a 5-Star review on this platform regarding the waterproofing more than 2 years ago. I am getting up in years and have had many contractors do work for me and not a one holds a candle to Heritage Construction Solutions. They are not perfect, but given a chance they make everything right...and I could not be happier. Thank you Jimmy, I will be in touch early next year so we can get started on both upstairs bathroom remodels.

Latest discovery--bathtub is leaking underneath the house in the crawl space. This was a complete small bathroom remodel. Except for the first day (tear-out day) the experience was horrible. There were multiple items that had to be redone by the workers because they did it wrong first because of rushing and hurrying; some items were never fixed properly. Guaranteed but I do not want them to fix any of the issues we discovered since completion.

They encapsulated and waterproofed two crawl spaces under my house, and installed sump pumps and dehumidifiers. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they use top quality materials. They show up on time and work hard all day. We haven't seen a drop of water in the basement, even after two big storms. I can't recommend them highly enough. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

These guys did a great job waterproofing my basement last year. The design they proposed made a lot of sense to me. It keeps water from entering the exterior wall rather than trying to deal with it on the inside. Itâ s been installed for a year now and has worked perfectly.

After having one of the other competitors waterproof my basement from the inside I still had problems. When Greg and Jim came out they explained all my options. We are very happy with the experience with them. Very precise and thorough and what was going on the whole time. We recommend them to all our friends and family!

Me and my husband hired Jim and his dad to waterproof our basement after it flooded. Him and his father were very straight forward about what they were going to do and what to expect. They did a great job and kept us in the loop about what was going on. Even when they were finished they came back a week later to check on things. We are going to hire to fix the inside as well.

FINALLY and after 20 years, my BASEMENT IS DRY! I hired Heritage Builders to stop my water basement intrusion problems after 3 others failed to do so. Jimmy and his system are THE REAL DEAL because IT WORKS! The service was great and the price was fair and best of all MY BASEMENT IS FINALLY DRY, and I am going to finish it for more room (Heritage Builders will be doing this project as well). If you want your basement dry these are the people to get the job done right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, with sincere thanks.

Ever since buying our home some 27 years ago, the basement has leaked. I had 3 repairs done over the years all of which provided a so called and lifetime warranty and None of these applications worked and NOT A ONE of these warranties were worth the paper they were written on. Last month (after major flooding) Heritage Builders came to my home, inspected the basement, provided me with an affordable price and completed in a prompt and highly professional manner. No cursing on the job, no trash left everywhere, no loud radios blaring - just quality work with my highest recommendation. Bottom line: it works and you need to deal with this company if you want a dry basement. Thank you Jimmy!

Jimmy and his crew did a fantastic job on my bathroom! I had hired another contractor originally that left the bathroom in an unusable mess. I have been so proud of my bathroom and so happy to have such a beautiful usable bathroom again. I always say you get what you pay for and I feel I got the best job I could have ever asked for. I stood back and let Jimmy pick everything out, even down to the color scheme. Everyone that has seen my bathroom says it is amazing. Thank you all so much, can not wait to start the kitchen!!!

They were hardworking, courteous, professional, and reliable. They did an excellent job installing our new metal roof and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us fix the damage inside the house from our leaking roof. We would highly recommend this company.

Jimmy did several jobs for us. Had a mudroom turned into a walk-in closet...I love it!!! Plenty of room for my 100+ shoes. Remodel a Laundry Room ***** Comment: I don't like doing laundry, but my new laundry room makes it less of a chore!!! Remodel a Kitchen ***** Comment: They went above and beyond!!!

Reliable. After having so many bad experiences with other contractors, Jimmy was able to give me an accurate quote, accurate timeline, and the project was completed when it was supposed to. I was informed 100% of the time, and if material was needed, I got receipts for everything. I recommend.

They went above and beyond our expectations. They were able to do everything we asked in the time frame agreed upon while keeping it within our budget. Quality work for a good price! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

A bit pricey for the project that was done. Only two workers on the project. They did good work but the materials are on the cheap end.

My project was completed to my satisfaction and I do recommend them for their quality, customer service and value. It's all very hard to find in one company but they met the challenge.

These guys did a really good job. They were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The main thing they need improvement on is punctuality.

As with any contractors that I have used, they spread themselves too thin as in having 3 or 4 jobs going at once. This tends to cause some details to be overlooked which in fairness they corrected but should not have been an issue in the first place. Workmanship very good. Very hard working bunch as they did not even take a lunch break. I thought the project was a little over priced but I think everything this day and time is over priced.

They did a bathroom tub and shower remodel for me. They do good work, keep the place cleaned up. They went beyond what was needed to protect our hardwood floors. I would definitely hire them again.

Heritage Builders did a small master bath remodel/repair job for us. We had some damage due to a leak which had resulted in shower, floor, and wall damage when investigating the leak. Jimmy's team came in and tore out the tile shower, replaced it with a non-tile shower, laid new vinyl flooring, did drywall & ceiling work, replaced faucets, and changed out some light fixtures. From the day Jimmy came in to give the estimate to the very last thing, Heritage builders was great to work with. Jimmy listened to our needs and wants, gave us a reasonable estimate which included everything including flooring, shower walls/basin, and fixtures. He handled all the details, so I did not have to go purchase anything. He even picked out everything that was on the list just from listening to what I was interested or not interested in (I did get to see everything before it was installed to make sure I liked it). When a small problem came up with the new shower being 1/2 inch smaller than the space the old shower was in (an old house with old style shower backing that took up more space than current backing styles), Jimmy's team came up with a solution that allowed the work to continue on schedule and within budget. The workers were on time and willing to work with us. We had one small miscommunication issue one morning when it was raining, and the flooring guy did not come, but other than that, they were there when they said they would be. The work was completed on time and to the estimate quoted. The only change in the price was when I decided that I wanted to change out a couple of light fixtures and the sink fixtures, so I picked them up and they were installed for me for a very small cost ($50). After the work was complete, we had a bubble show up in the flooring, and contacted Jimmy who quickly had the flooring guy come back out and fix the problem. I have work in a couple of other bathrooms that we are going to want done, and we will definitely go back to Heritage builders.
