I called Gilliams Heating and Cooling for service on my WaterFurnace brand geo thermal heat pump, on Friday 10/24, Dan called to come out and work on it, I was at work so he called me to let me know what the price would be to replace a fan motor, I told him to go ahead and make the repairs,, and now everything works great, very professional people to work with. I will definitely use this company again in the future if need arises.

I own a small business and an employee called on a Thursday to say they can smell gas. I told employee to call Gas Company to get the gas cut off and I would call a HVAC company about getting the unit repaired. The first Company that I called came out and said the Unit had to be replace but it would be next week before they could get to the repairs. I called Gilliam's and they came out and stated that the Unit had to be replaced. When I asked when they could do the repairs they stated today. They completed the repairs that day and I was able to get the City Inspectors and Gas Company out the next morning and I was reopen by 12:00. Gilliam's is Fast, Clean and very Fair on Pricing.

They're very good, and they don't put pressure on you or anything to buy, they're just really nice and I like them a lot.

I want to rate them as A. They are excellent. They are very prompt. I like their promptness and courtesy. I didn't pay anything because it was under warranty.

We've had numerous problems with our heat pumps even though they are only 4 years old. Neither would cool appropriately. We'd had 5 different companies out to look at both pumps only to tell us they didn't know what the problem was, but perhaps a leak, however, they never looked for it. Said it'd be hard to find blah blah blah so they'd recharge with freon and leave. One afternoon, while talking to a neighbor, she told us she'd had the same problem and both her coils needed to be replaced. She gave me Dan's name & number. He came out the day I called him and found leaks in both coils. He re-charged the units with freon until the parts came in. He even came out on a SATURDAY to put the first part in (the other was still on order) and even though he had to recharge that unit because the freon had all leaked out over a 4 day period, he didn't charge me for that. The other part arrived about a week later and he replaced it. We love Gilliam's H/A. Dan is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We won't use anybody else. He solved the problem and fixed it the first time!

The technicians (Earl and Dan) did a great job while on site. Very professional and clean. I was told that one of the HVAC units had to be replaced. Consequently, I asked for a quote for a new unit, with the intend to invest around $4,000. I did not get any follow up for close to 2 months. Now we have 95 degress outside, the unit old broke again. In addition the total bill for the work that had been perfromed in early May was significantly to high.

The company sales representative came to give us an estimate on replacing our current heating and cooling system. Three weeks plus later we have yet to hear from them... Really poor follow-up! Initial service was good. Although it took a week to get a technician out to the house...

I called early in the morning and the person who answered the phone was very courteous. She indicated that someone could come out that day. Technician called later that morning and said he was on the way. He did arrive when he said. Necessary work was completed.

Once again he was extremely polite to me and my mother plus some chaulking needing to be done around metal duct and he completely rechaulked everything. Excellent people. Overall excellent experience.

The estimate was thorough and fair. The workers showed up on time and fully prepared. They completed the job in less time than originally projected, cleaned up all the old materials and even swept their work area when they finished. They then gave me an invoice with the exact price that was on the quote. A very professional organization to work with. We were very pleased.
