These are crocks. Be very careful doing business with this company. Would not recommend. They will send more people to job than needed and expect u to pay. They don’t tell u this before but demand payment day if work.

From picking the toilets up to finishing the installation, these guys were flawless. Both toilets worked well when they finished and they cleaned up after themselves diligently. And they come 20 miles + to my home! I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Dan is great! He responded quickly to our leaking toilet situation. We were concerned because the toilet is the only one on the second floor and my elderly mother had just come home from the hospital and we needed that second floor toilet! Dan fixed it quickly and cleanly and professionally. The toilet works better than ever!

Dan showed up within the specified time quoted. He was very pleasant, professional, and clean. He got right to work and fixed my tub quickly and effectively. Price was very reasonable and he did not do any unnecessary replacing of parts, or items. I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone in need of those services. I will certainly use him again should the need arise.

I had excellent service, however the flooding of the tank was a problem. Dan consistently worked to correct the problem. He was available everytime I needed him. Nice guy, honest, and I would definately use him again if I have any plumbing problems.

They came out when they said they would come out and perform the services. They were the only people who could figure out the problem out of the three plumbers I had requested. They took care of all the permits they needed. They gave me an overall estimate which was only lesser than the forty dollars extra I paid on the eventual amount. They took care of what they needed to and cleaned up at the end of the day. When I came out to take a picture to document what was being done they did not have a problem with it and even posed of it. They were not intimidated at all by having the photo documentation done which showed they were doing the job correctly. I would use them again in the future.

He very competent and thorough, and makes sure that every "t" is crossed and "i" dotted. He is good about getting permits in place and his work is high quality. We use him on more than one property and can rely on him to do the work when we are not in the area and able to check up on him. He is very trustworthy.

They keep working on the problem until it is finished. They don't give up and say "Well, I just don't know" and then refuse to call and don't come back. Dan himself came out the first time. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and seems to have been around for quite some time. Anyways, I had another problem related to the hot water heater problem I had so I called them and they came out today. Before he jumped to any conclusions and tried to replace something, he ran some tests, this is one of his employees, and determined it was something else I needed. I would say their customer service was average although they have been very responsive the last couple of times. When I first had the problem, I had to call them back on something and they told me they would get back to me on a Friday; this was on a Friday morning I had called. I guess he was kept so busy with all the lousy weather we've had here and a lot freezing temperatures. I know he was kept so busy because of that and after that I had no problems.

I have a contract with American Home Shield and they sent this company out. They were very efficient. They had the job done in 30 minutes or less. They were very prompt and they called and said they would be here by noon. They were here 10 minutes early. They did a fine job and I was very pleased with them as long as it doesn't leak again. I paid a flat fee of $60. They did a good job. They were very nice and if they had uniforms on, I would have given them a higher grade but I think they were appropriately dressed for the work they were doing.
