Description of Work: Barry, the sales rep, was excellent to work with and went the extra mile for us. Unfortunately, the installers made a mistake in cutting the carpet resulting in an extra seam in a bad location. We complained about this, and Barry ordered another piece of carpet for the problem area and had it installed for no additional cost. The final result was good, except that some seams were more obvious than past installations. We liked the installers and were sorry they made this mistake. They worked extremely h****** this job, especially correcting the mistake. If they had not made it and the job was done right the first time, we would have given Dalton an overall better rating.

 + 0 moreWe loved Dalton Direct Carpets and Flooring and would use them again in the future. They had a great variety of carpet in their showroom. All samples are marked with price per sq. ft., which was very helpful as we compared samples. They let us check samples out to bring home to consider. They came out and measured and gave us a free estimate. They were unable to get the carpet that we had originally ordered by the time we needed it installed, but we were able to pick out another color and get it installed on the date we needed. Our new carpet is beautiful and we love it! Great experience.

I have nothing bad to say about Dalton Carpet at all. They're timeliness and their workmanship really stuck out. They were just really top-notch.

 + 0 moreAs above, it went well. When we first contacted Mr. Dalton, I told him I wanted a beautiful green carpet that would survive a herd of buffalo's going in and out of our house. That is exactly what he sold us and it is still just as beautiful as when first installed. I'd love to be able to buy the exact same color and kind if this ever wears out and need replacing.
Description of Work: We remodeled out house and chose Dalton Carpets to install new carpet for the entire house. It looks as good as the day it was installed and has held up beautifully. We have not had one problem with the carpet they assisted us in chosing to meet our needs. I would highly recommend Ken Dalton and would not hesitate to use them again. My children have used them with no problem. I recently ran into him at the grocery store and told him exactly what I am telling you.
