Description of Work: I used Comfort Air Heating & Cooling probably three weeks ago to check the defrost cycle on my heat pump and he put some Freon as well.

 + -1 moreMy heat pump quit working. Keith came out once to troubleshoot and determined it was caused by a short in a circuit board. He ordered it and when it arrived he came out immediately to install it. Once installed the problem was not corrected. He continued to troubleshoot until he determined it was a short in the wire from the thermostat to the indoor air handler. He installed a new wire and re-located the thermostat. He spent a lot of hours with this problem. I expected to pay for the circuit board and for a lot of troubleshooting time. He did not charge for a lot of time or the circuit board. Keith Thomas displayed the kind of diligence and stewardship one expects from an evangelical Christian.
Description of Work: My heat pump was inop. Keith Thomas very diligently stuck with it until he found the problem.
