If you are looking for a conscientious and professional to complete your project, I highly recommend Jack Knutson with CKS Maintenance. Mr. Knutson was prompt to respond when I requested to receive a quote. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional when he arrived at our home to quote the project. As promised, Mr. Knutson emailed our quote by end of business day. His quote was fair and covered the project work as discussed and agreed upon. Mr. Knutson communicated with us on appointment availability, he was excellent to keep us posted on his arrival on day of work. He was very conscientious about our property and work area. His work and skill is outstanding. His attention to detail is exceptional, and his work ethic is outstanding. We are extremely happy and highly recommend Jack and his company for your home projects.
