BARRIER BASEMENT SYSTEMS

We had to have some work done on our foundation walls. Barrier Basement Systems were thoroughly professional. They provided estimates and were on time. They explained the whole process from start to finish. They completed the work promptly and cleaned up when they were done. The basement wall was being pushed in from the water pressure on the outside. They had to open up the concrete wall in order to move it back up to a vertical position. They repaired it structurally as well as doing the waterproofing. We didn't have a wet basement, but they had to dig down to the foundations to straighten the wall, so we decided to waterproof it while they were down there! The atmosphere down there has changed: there must have been dampness and moisture that we couldn't see, and it has gone now. Considering the nature of the work and how complex it was, I think the cost was fair. It is a great system, because they spray this stuff on and it turns in to rubber! I am pretty sure that if anything needs fixing, they will come back and do it.
