 + -1 moreI reached out to Patriot to get an estimate on a tree I needed to have cut down. I had an appointment setup and rearranged my schedule to be available. They never showed... never called... I realize things come up and sometimes appointments must be moved. However to have an appointment and not show up or call is inexcusable.

Description of Work: i set up a day and time for an estimate on cutting down a large oak tree that was hanging over the drive way. He arrived promptly and assessed the job.he told me when the job could be done, and stood true to his word on the day and time to peform the work. they went above the services in the estimate by cutting the limbs into burn size sections and neatly piling the brush. the tree was in a dangerous position to bring down without damage to the house, every precaution was taken to fell the tree in a safe manner. i would use them again. i had obtained 7 estimates and his was the most reasonable for the work his crew preformed.
