Description of Work: This plumber was assigned by our home warranty company to repair a broken shower drain. They tried to repair the drain, but they discovered that the needed part was no longer made, so they would have to be scheduled to come back and replace the whole drain assembly. They collected $60 for the service call, but the owner Steve Hunley subsequently ignored our repeated phone calls and voicemails, requesting to schedule them to fix the problem. We then complained to the home warranty company; representatives tried to reach Steve at 3 different phone numbers, and they left messages, but he also ignored their phone calls, so the warranty company assigned a new plumber to fix our broken drain.

Description of Work: I used this plumber on a number of plumbing issues with out new home. On two occasions they didn't show up for their appointment - didn't call either and I had to follow-up with them to reschedule. They are a contractor and do work other than plumbing. I scheduled some other repairs to my home and arranged to be home the entire day. They never came, never called and didn't answer my repeated calls.

Description of Work: In looking for cause of elevated water bill, they discovered a slow leak in the toilet tank mechanism, which was promptly repaired. No further problems; service was prompt and professional.

Description of Work: This was a home warranty service call. The amount paid I am sure is much less. Even if I had to pay the full price of their normal service fee I would have done it. They had to clean out the line from in the house to outside. It was pretty disgusting from what I understand... and that's coming from guys that do this all the time. Not only that, but they cleaned up everything and changed out tank 'hardware'. My husband and I were very pleased with the service. |

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from them for a comprehensive plumbing inspection and water heater flush.

Description of Work: I had them perform inspection for my plumbing through an offer on Angies list along with flushing my heater. They were punctual & respectful & fast... I asked them about a low pressure i've been noticing (which was the main reason I requested their service to begin with), and one of the guys told me that this is normal and got the pressure depends on the pressure coming from the city pipes. |Over the next week, the pressure in my pipes got weaker and weaker and I sent them another message through Angie's list requesting them to come back and check it again. They were very nice and came back and check the pressure they adjusted my pressure valve and my pressure got back to normal again. Their second visit is not cost me anything and they were nice and responsible about it. | |

Description of Work: Steve Hunley of All Seasons Plumbing came out to my home on Wednesday,July 25 to assess the resolution of an exterior water leak resulting in unusually high water bills. He indicated the installation of a new water line between my home and the water meter would be preferable to trying to spot check the source of the underground leak. He advised the cost would be $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 .He advised if I were able to confirm I wanted the job done before 2:00pm Wednesday (July25) he could commence the work on Monday,July 30,2012. I contacted Steve about 1:00pm Wednesday to confirm work order for Monday. Steve called at 10:10am Monday to advise he was on the way and arrived about 10:45am and commenced the necessary work.At 12:20pm I received a call from Ed of Ed's Plumbing to confirm if my water issue was covered and told him Steve was currently working on it. The job was concluded by 1:00pm and the site was neatly restored. All workmen were friendly and professional. Need a plumber don't hesitate to call Ed (Ed's Plumbing) or Steve (All Seasons PLumbing). Excellent job!
