+ -1 moreI called Air Works this morning at 9am. (when they opened) A man took my name and # and said, "We'll get to you today but I'll have to call you back." Took my name & #. (I called a couple of others but 3 couldn't even come out to check it for 2 days) Imagine my surprise when Air Works called me back, was at my house before 11am, put in a new motor, and had everything working beautifully before 3pm. He was professional, price was excellent and definitly in line with other estimated(maybe even a little less expensive). He was clean, worked without a lot of distractions, and was very pleasant to deal with. We'll use him for all of our future needs with our HVAC. Thank you Mr Frazier!
Description of Work: HVAC motor/blower. After a fire scare last night (about 2am) when the furnace made a funny noise while kicking off and then we smelled something burning, called the fire dept, they checked it out and turned off the breaker as it appeared our blower on the HVAC had gone out. It was 22degrees. Today's forecast calling for temperatures to drop and snow up to 1-2 inches. I live with my 85 yoa mother and my 1st concern was for her not to get cold.
