Description of Work: As retired people, we thought that never having to clean our gutters would be the answer to a real problem of hiring them cleaned every year. Well, Gutter Helmet gutters STILL have to be cleaned and they have to be cleaned more ofter than before. I contacted the company and they gave me a hard time about cleaning! It was so unprofessional that I contacted Gutter Helmet's home office. The people at their home office gave me the run around and told me that my gutters could not need cleaning so I sent them pictures of how full to over running they actually were. After much arguing with the home office, they finally sent a worker out to take a look. Their representative agreed that they needed cleaning! The man worked for over 45 minutes to clean our our front gutter that was only 20 feet long. Some time has passed now and they need cleaning again. After paying for Gutter Helmet, I will have to pay to have them cleaned. Most roofers have suggested that we have them removed! I would never buy Gutter Helmet under any circumstances. After GH is installed, the opening is so small that they are difficult to clean without special tools. Don't fall for the advertisment, they don't work in every situation. Never again will I fall for this.

+ -1 moreFantastic!!!! The installer, Joe, actually had the job finished before I knew he was there. It was an excellent piece of work with no joints and the appropriate pitch so the water will drain properly. He also fixed the downspout that had been improperly installed originally. Affordable will get all my business from now on.
Description of Work: They replaced a 16' piece of gutter that had been improperly installed by the original builder.
