Initially, they responded very quickly. They came out and I think the job was too much work for him to handle and he said he would give me a quote by Monday and then 3 weeks later we got a quote, and the quote was astronomical compared to the other quotes.

I contacted Mr. Ryan for an estimate to removed old porch and two sidewalks. Within two or three days, he was able to meet with me and provide an estimate for the project. He was very responsive to the questions I had about the project. After requesting some additional work, Mr. Ryan provided a revised estimate within 24 hours. When I asked how soon the project could begin, they were at the location within a couple of hours. All demolition was finished (and hauled away) and forms were completed in one day. The crew also checked with me to make sure I was happy with the layout before the concrete was poured. I was very impressed with the crew's attention to details, from the expansion joints to all of the edges on the porch and sidewalks. They also set the new porch column. Several neighbors stopped by and were very complimentary of the crew throughout the project...from demolition, clean-up, and the end results. I highly recommend and will definitely use for future projects.

Mr. Ryan answered my call promptly and we arranged an appointment the next day. That evening he called to say he would not be able to keep our original time, so we arranged a later time. He arrived as agreed and took measurements, discussed our needs and gave us a price right on the spot. He did not give me a written quote since it was a small simple project. Mr. Ryan said he could get his crew on our project the next day. I called him later that day and asked him to do the work for the quoted price. Mr. Ryan called the next day to say the crew was delayed but would be at our house later in the day. When they arrived he indicated that his crew would form up the sidewalk that day and pour it the next day, His 6 man crew worked very efficiently and showed good skills. When the concrete arrived the crew quickly poured and began to finish the sidewalk. The concrete truck had additional concrete that was going to be wasted, so we agreed that it could be spread on our gravel parking area nearby. The crew spread and finished the rest of the concrete left on the truck and now we have a concrete parking pad as well as a new sidewalk. A definite blessing from the Lord through Mr. Ryan! I enjoyed working with Mr. Ryan and would definitely use him for any future concrete work I might have.

These guys started at like 7am and were working till about 11 at night. They exceeded every expectation that we had. They were very professional. These guys blew the stereotypical image of a construction worker out of the water. I would send these guys to help my own mother. I really trust them.
