Emergency service on a Saturday morning after I found 2 large vertical cracks in a tree inside my fence and close to the house. By noon they were finished and all debris cleaned up.

They did a great job on my stump removal. Did exactly what they said they would do. Would gladly hire them again in the future.

It started off well, Matthew, the owner was responsive and came right over for an estimate. His quote was comparable to others but in the end he promised more services for the quote. From that point, it all went downhill. He has too many jobs going on, his crew needs better communication and A LOT more oversight. Details and quality matter.

Mike removed brush, wood and cleared a large bank of vegetation and brush. He was prompt, and professional and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Came to the house almost immediately. Price was good. Nice job with great cleanup.

Matt was a true professional. He completed the job much quicker than I expected and did a fabulous job. More importantly he is honest and will not do work that doesn’t need to be done.

Project: Remove trees The job was done on time. Cleanup was completely completed in an excellent way. The crew was terrific. 4 trees were removed. They are expensive. But worth it.

Within three hours of initial call, the job was complete. Everybody was extremely competent, courteous and thorough.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. i hired Matthew Campbell LLC to re-slope my backyard, reseed, place plants and put up rock. He required a 50% deposit. Matthew took my check for $6000.00 and cashed it the same day. May 4, 2020. I have not seen him since. I have given Matthew EVERY benefit of the doubt with being patient while he said he had equipment issues etc. Once I put a time line on the job, miraculously his equipment has been fixed and he will be there by the deadline. NO SHOW, NO CALL! After several phone calls in a row, Matthew finally answered by call and YELLED AT ME about how he CANNOT run 2 companies & a farm & answer my phone calls. I gave him a week to return my deposit. I got check is in the mail NO CHECK. He says he will show up with my money tomorrow morning since no check has been received. At this juncture I will be pursuing legal action towards Campbel Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC. Alexandra R. Johnson City, TN (7/13/2020)

We contracted with them to aerate, seed, and fill in some areas. They came out on April 29th, left with a check for the full amount of services. Later we discovered there were a few areas they had not taken care of, so we called and were told that would have to fit us in. Two weeks went by no word so we sent a letter to the man who did the work stating our desire to get this completed before summer, and asking him to let us know when the rest of the job was to be completed. To our surprise, on Memorial Day morning, the owner and the worker came to our house, and the owner got out of his truck waving the letter we sent. He was really angry that we had sent the letter and even before he saw the area, we were concerned about he telling us IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER WORK TO BE DONE CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!! After he looked at the area he said his dump truck was broken down and it would probably be a few weeks. He said he is very busy and would try to get to ours. He was not very professional. We just wanted the job completed since he had already been paid.

They are a great company. Very efficient and amazing clean up. You could not even tell they had been in the back yard. I highly recommend them.

They stayed in contact with me every step of the repair, communicated all costs upfront, were very thorough and meticulous with their work. I am very pleased with the repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very professional and did a fantastic job. Easy to work with and great finished project!
